anyone who supports non muslim countries attacking muslim countries should not be called muslim, they are going against islam and quran.

I think muslim affairs should always be dealt by muslims themselves, non muslims should have no say at all in muslim affairs

They are stil muslim but are called murtadeen/Apostate.
And it is a sahih hadith of RasulAllah (saw) :

On the authority of Ibn Mas’ud, radiyallahu anhu, who said: The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam, said:
"The blood of a man who is a Muslim is not lawful (i.e. cannot be lawfully shed), save if he belongs to one of three (classes): a married man who is an adulterer; life for a life (i.e. for murder); one who is a deserter of his religion, abandoning the community.”

I don't think that it means that a person is still a Muslim; because the definition of Murtad is someone who rejects Islam, so technically cannot be a Muslim.

The Apostate that Abu Bakr As Siddq (ra) fought were muslims but refused to pay the zakaat.
          They were called Murtadeen.
