Are Pashtun women more religious than pashtun men?

I think this depends on what you define as "religious".

There are women who do not wear hijab for Islamic reasons but wear it due to social/cultural pressures... would you call her religious?

yes , because that's why the practice exists, God doesn't need you to wear it, he can see you naked.

There are men who attend every Juma congregation but don't even bother to pray their five daily prayers... would you call him religious?

obviously not, since they're failing to do what is required

I fear Allah too much to judge the piety my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters. Funny how others find it easy to do so on an online forum of people they have never met.

and God is the one who made humans that way, if you feared him so much, you wouldn't find it so objectional

who is more religeous an who is not only Allah knows, But from my personal vieuw I think girls becuase parents are more strict to girls that to boys in our culture. if you look at families boys are allowed many things and can dress really western but girls can't dress like other westerners, I mean wearing short skirts and going out. Actually there are more forst to be religious and men not really.

Actually regarding dressing, boys have not that much restrictions as compared to girls.

yes,pashtun women are more religious then pashtun men.
These few pf members dose,nt represent millions living in pashtunhwa and afghanistan and other parts of the world.
Some living in the west might be westrenized but what is their percentage?
