This is not for the rape of a wife/slave, there is a distinction otherwise the Quran would have stated all women here not just wives and slaves

Quran 33:50: Prophet, We have made lawful to you the wives whom you have granted dowries and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty;..."

No, I will say for one last time that this is for rape of all women that is prohibited. As I said, many understanding were refined, and more hadiths were produced.



These are the Prophet(pbuh) words in regards to all women in which he prohibited rape.

BTW, the phrases you bring up do not say anything about rape at all.
