I do nyath and dua in Pakhto

To advise others is an easy matter, the difficulty is accepting advice -- since it is bitter for those who follow their
      own inclinations and desires

                  I say it in Arabic

                  anawwatu salati fi sabillah

but there is nothing wrong with saying "da Allah pak ta munz depara matlab warkum"

Niyat (intention) is in the heart. When you decide to pray and you take steps towards prayer, your intention is already established.

By saying a sentence as your "niyat" you are adding something to the Ibadat. Which makes it an innovation. There is no support for such an act in Quran and Sunnah.

Niyat is very simple. You make up your mind to pray and your intention is to pray for Allah. This is it.

No need for unnecessary innovations and deviance.
