Playing the duff (tambal in pashto) is only permissible for women. And only in absence of men.

Men are not allowed to sing with duff. This is the opinion of Imaam Abu Haneefah. And it is the strongest opinion among all jurists.

Men are not allowed to sing with women.

So this naat is against shariah on 3 accounts. There might be more. But I didn't watch the entire video or listen to the entire "song"
