From my city the Kaa'ba is on 119 degree and distance is 4790
and from my village the kaa'ba is on 253 degree and the distance is 3517

I remember one of my cousins had just moved, and the dumb azz was too lazy to officially locate the Qibla, homeboy just made some random assumption based on where he was geographically
