I like Imam Abu Hanifa, specially his preference of Quran, Reason-anology as compared to Ahle Hadith who blindly follow all hadiths whether authentic or not and whether it deals with religion or beyond religion like culture, politics or society.
I saw the link above but who applies these jurisprudential rulings now a days. Even in Arab countries now they have English or Roman laws. sharia is only for amily or personal matters and this what it should be.

We should not be misled by the "Hanafi Law" title or the mention of Imam al-Quduri's (ra) text. The thread is from a Wahhabi/"Salafi" forum. Nor is the author of the thread reliable in relating Hanafi fiqh.

There are plenty of reliable resources on Hanafi fiqh on the net; they should suffice.

            As-Salam Alaikum

While the one who maintains that thread is a Hanafi, he is not to be taken from, as he is indeed a Salafi/Wahabi in Aqeedah.

He's also been exposed by a Mufti on a different forum, as can be seen here:

Deception of Harris Hammam vis-à-vis Taqlid

It is hilarious that the dude calls himself a mufti, yet his "refutation" is nothing but insults curses and typical deception.

And yet it wasn't deception, even if Harris desired to portray it in that fashion.

If you want to talk about deception, then why ignore what your Shaikh Harris has been doing for years?
