The best website for reading English translations of the Qur'an:
Bismillah
it has over 15 translations for every verse, shown next to each other for comparison. This is the best one since it allows you to guage the closest to the meaning of the arabic Qur'an.
I know there are web programs for Qur'an out there in the dozens, but this site is good for quick references.
al-Fatihah 1:7
Under neath the list of translation is a link to another site that breaks down every verse word for word:
The Quranic Arabic Corpus - Word-by-Word Grammar, Syntax and Morphology of the Holy Quran
You can also listen to the verse being recited on the bottom of the same page. You can change the setting to one 11 reciters, including one english recitation.
