You cannot "see" a jinn unless you are a prophet!

That is incorrect. Me and my family members all have seen one. Belief it or not, I have nothing to gain by lying.

yeah i believe in jinns. when i was a boy, wedding parties would travel by foot at night to reach the other village by morning [even toyota hilux could not be driven over the route]. i went on such a night trek to reach a village in nangarhar. at night, in open wilderness, you can feel the jinns presence. we were told specifically not to turn around to strange voices no matter how attractive they sounded. just kept walking.

Khorakai, I think they can take the shapes of many things by appearance. Like they can appear like a dog, cat, snake and even human !! (Though haven't read anything authentic about the subject yet, but heard this)

and then there were exorcisms of people who got posessed by jinns - oh so scary. i seen an exorcism in a village near surobi, this village had no electricity, no tv, and the poor girl freaked and twisted and contorted and spoke is distorted voices like the girl in the amrican exorcism film!!!

yeah Shehbaz wrora You're correct, but i thought Idiot was trying to say that he saw an actual Jinn in it's natural form....

From this verse we can see that we cannot see Jinn

O ye Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as He got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where ye cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith. (Quran 7:27)

But when they are not in their natural form, then one can see them.

u can hear them and they act to u and make u feel fear !!
there is someone who we know (related) who is old and he was evry time in villege go out in the night alone to some place no one was can go there in the night (i think water place ) and the jin were always want to make him feel fear and he was never mashallah feel fear until one time the jin show her self and he said after this time he's power off and he feel he's very weak and not like in past !!

jin make ur power and health weak if they show them self !!
