    Roshina Jaana,

you have always maintained that you believe in God, something which is your right. You have always maintained that you are a Muslim, again, something which is your right. However, for some odd reason, you always seem to like the thinking of Atheists and the enemies of Islam, and always tell the theists and Muslims where we went wrong. Why?

In this thread, I would like you to prove to me that God exists. You maintain that we, who continuously try to defend His existence, are not able to logically do it. You maintain that we are not rational and logical in our approach, and that is why we fail.

I have created this thread so that you can prove the existence of God and show us how to do it. I would like you to do your part, as a believer, and counter the arguments presented by the non-believers, or for that matter simply prove that God exists.

I have created this thread because in the other threads you have turned a blind eye to my other requests for you to prove His existence. Therefore, I have created this thread for you to show us how to prove that God does exist.
Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

So, Roshina, does God exist? If so, what proofs do you have? Moreover, which religion best depicts Him?

    Thank you.

    ps
I sincerely want to hear you out, perhaps I have been too quick to judge you.

Ahhh - I don't want to answer becuase I am enjoying the response you give for each time I say I'm a Muslim. I'm not going to answer because I love that you give me so much importance in your life by dedicating SO much of your time to me and ask me all these questions and all. I absolutely refuse to answer because I don't see ANY reason why I should have to explain myself to anyone. You have demonstrated over and over, in every single thread we've encountered each other, that you do not understand what I believe. (Somewhere you said "BINGO!" or something as childish as this, and the part of the post you highlighted is entirely taken out of context! Dude, do you read at all? :| Again, you read only what you wanna read, so you see what you wanna see and hear what you wanna hear. Your assumptions are leading you to a dangerous place where you imprison your own ability to ponder what someone else is saying.) Why should I explain myself to you? What have you proven yourself worthy of to me to tell you what all I believe? I'm totally okay with your assumptions, so keep on assuming. Don't think I would ever give you the power to offend me with those narrow assumptions of yours, MWMN Gula.

Good luck finding the answers, wror gula! I will let you know when my forthcoming book comes out so you can read that and see what I believe. Till then, hold your horses -- be patient. (Yes, yes, "Run away, Roshina!" Well, okay, sure you see it that way. That shows what your intentions are for initiating a discussion/debate with someone.) And if you think I'm here to invite people to Islam, you think wrong. I had to laugh when I saw that comment of yours somewhere; can't find it now, though. And the laughter wasn't a mockery of your attitude or personality, of course, just that you're the typical person I tend to avoid and refuse to entertain with my long, thoroughly-written posts. However, I honestly don't consider you of a decent enough understanding of the concepts of interpretation and logic to be able to give ANY respect to my views. And my views are far too precious, too important for me to waste time explaining in a thread that's gonna be buried amidst many others in less than a week.

Do read that last sentence of mine each time a question pops into your head to ask Roshina / Qrratugai.

        When is the book appearing?
Be sure to let us know here....will you dare though?!
Unless you used a pseudonym as the author, people would learn who you are.

Very clearly she is dodging MWMn's reasonably put questions.
He humbly says maybe he thought too negatively about Roshina.

It's useful to explore this subject because Roshina is a moderator as well as the poster of long "well thought out" posts?
Or tedious, repetitive ones of which I can not bring myself to read a single one !
Why? Because they appear to reek of almost a narcissism based on her academic programs.
Too, the trendy modern American thought in so many areas.

I normally would not post here to insult anyone. But there is a certain stridency of tone which comes across in Roshina's contributions.
There is little kindness, and much puffing up of self: APPARENTLY.
Perhaps she means to sound humbler.

You will wait until you book comes to show how to prove the existence of God?

All in all, it is pretty evident that you are dodging all the questions directed at you. It is not because you don't want to answer, because you enjoy the attention, it is because you can't answer and are just pretending that it is not worth your time.

Pretty sad how you are critical of your own brethren, but can't even take your own advice that you give us.

              ps
Honestly, when your book comes out I want a copy.

Honestly, sister, you hit the nail on the head. I was actually feeling bad.

Anyway, it is our duty to stay vigilant and educate ourselves so that we could stay strong in our faith and help those who are not able to educate themselves in religious matters.

^Yeah, I think I remember that instant. She came out lashing that it does not matter what faith you follow because they are all correct. That was the first time that I took aback. I remembered that I started asking if she would teach her children about Hinduism and its rituals, and how it is all correct. She did not answer. I did not think much of it then. Yeah, I remember that moment. Nice flashback.

Honestly, I would love to hear her out about her views on Islam. I don't have a problem with LZ, gulalai, muhsina, Baygham, and the rest, because they clearly don't believe in God, they are outspoken about it, and could care less about Islam or anything. But what is amazing is when Roshina sides with them and says that they understand her point. Well duh, of course they understand her point, they have left Islam and the belief in God. Otherwise, they would have disagreed with her. For them al religions are the same, man-made. God is a hoax, man-made. So, they would readily agree with anyone who give religion, no matter what religion, the same weight of importance.

Interesting, that she has respect for their intellect, because they can see her point, but does not have respect for our intellects because we don't see her points. We do see her points, we just don't agree with them, otherwise, we might as well join LZ, gulalai, and others. Interestingly though, that Roshina who thinks we, Muslims, don't know anything but calls herself a Musilm, when the only people who understand her and agree with her are the ones who don't call themselves Muslim; and, we who disagree with her call ourselves Muslim. Mind-boggling, eh?

I would love to see her present her views, it would be an interesting discussion. One of the reasons why I am so curious is because she keeps telling me that I got it wrong. If so, then I would like to know on what basis. I would like to correct that logic of mine. But how can I when she won't shed any light into her beliefs. It is not our fault that we question her allegiance.

                    Good observations, everyone!

For some reason, I see Roshina as like Roshanara, the headstrong middle daughter of Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan. When she took this name I thought, oh oh.

Roshanara was given to luxury and quite a "liberal lifestyle". She was not Islamic at all.
But she aligned herself with the orthodox Islamic faction under Aurangzeb, her youngest brother. So it was like a pretend-Muslim but with political interests as the motivation for her behavior. She probably was not religious in the slightest.

In this case, Roshina MAY be most drawn to Hinduism but won't admit it to this group.

That could explain why she told HinduPashtun to stay Hindu.
By the way that guy is a really nice, respectful member here from the posts I saw. He as never attacked Islam or Muslim anything the way some nouveaux members do. I'm thinking of aggressive promoters of India with names evoking drone attacks.

As Samima said, whatever belief Roshina feels inclined toward, she should just state
that once and for all. No one will be hostile. If she has no idea at this stage, well then just say so ! Clarity is the name of the game.

Like MWWN, I think she's playing coy. Enjoying every minute of the confusion of various members.

She dangles - in BOLD type! - sentences like this:
"And my views are far too precious, too important for me to waste time explaining in a thread that's gonna be buried amidst many others in less than a week. "

However, she has plenty of time to go on and on about any other topic ad infinitum!

                          ^ - !!

Roshiniyat sounds really like an authentic group!

About the book it's a good question. I assume it's to be in English, because she is most likely making her appearance among those critical Western women writers on the popular topic amongst academics : the role of women in the Islamic world.

Also, when she says it's appearing next year. Is there a contract, publisher all set up?
                          Or self-publishing effort?

Thanks MWMn, it's important that you have kept persisting because it's only fair for the tables to be turned on the illustrious Prophetess of PF...

When her picture is put on the back cover, what does anyone want to bet that there will be one of those caste marks-- or whatever they're called -- that red dot on her forehead ? I can see it now.
She will wear a sari, too.

What's wrong with that? :D I mean, to think anyone would place SO much importance on MY beliefs and ask me in every single post of theirs what I must believe and to make assumptions and to hold discussions with each other in front of me about MY beliefs, it's quite flattering, really.

The first time I joined an online Pukhtun forum, some males were sitting in a thread asking each other if I were a male or female. If I were a female, I must NOT be Pukhtun, they said, because a Pukhtun female lacks what it takes to talk like Qrratugai in a public forum. If I WERE a Pukhtun, they said, then I must be a male, then.

Today, another Pukhtun forum is asking if I'm a Muslim or not, and IF I am, then I must be in the process of creating a new branch of Islam.

I expect it'll be another thing tomorrow, either on one of these forums or a new one.

And, yes, I'm enjoying this as much as I enjoyed the first one in which a group of men were discussing my gender and ethnicity

By the way ... did you know that even Muslims wear Saris? :O Well, now you do. I thought you'd know that already since you claim to have gone all around the world, especially to Muslim countries, but I may have been wrong.

I'll be in this thread regularly. These last few days have been stressful due to academic work, but coming here is so relieving. I love it. Please continue!so, please, continue asking questions from each other about the notorious Qrratugai/Roshina and whatnot. It shows more about you as ostensible Muslims than it does about me.

                              Peace to you!
ur beliefs are ur own.... why is the very question of u having 2 defend them being raised??? Im sorry Ive not been following this debate
