Two martyr attacks rock police headquarter in Paktika: 56 NATO-Afghan cowardly troops killed, several dozens wounded PAKTIKA, Nov. 27 – The first martyrdom attack came on Saturday at around 12:00 pm, when a lone martyr-seeking Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate, Aris, the resident of Ghazni province with indomitable courage and selfless sacrifice entered the police headquarter armed withexplosive vest and approached the police
training center where more than 100 US-NATO trainers and the Afghan trainees were busy doing the routine military training and set off his explosive-packed vest, killing some 6 US-NATO invading trainers besides 28 cowardly Afghan policemen and wounding several more, the report from Paktia said, adding that shortly thereafter, a second martyr attacker detonated himself as soon as the enemy forces gathered around the dead and wounded from the first explosion, killing about 21 Afghan-NATO cowardly troops and wounding as many as 57 more

I won't argue that, I believe all news sources report false information. That being said, some do so more than others.

I'd rather have a real casualty report myself. Usually when they report a casualty as an accident it's not the news agency's fault, but that's what they are told by the military.
