I don't like him personally, and i don't even know about him enough to hate him either, but I consider something very praiseworthy in him that he did care about Afghanistan. To avoid further death of Afghan lives he left the government to mujahideen through very smooth process. he also didn't escape the country, which he could do very very easilyt, but he refused to.

He was a very competent leader and he could lead the country towards prosperous future.
