There is no problem with allah being the legislator...the real issue is who is going to interpret Allah’s law...according to who? Jafari, Hanfi, Hanbai, Shafai, Wahabi, Dewabndi, Barawee... the fact is jahaleen and the most backward, simpleton people using allah good name to future their political agenda.
A good example if when one compare the Islam in Turkey…to that of Jahaleen Taliban rule…both Hanfi, both muslim…but the difference is sky and earth..while in Turkey muslim men and women are engaged in education, science, development and advancement…the jahaleen Talibans wants to lock women inside a home and a Burqa.

Another good example was a mullah from Lahore who used to come to jahad in Afghanistan while enjoying their Mujrah in their city.

Turkey does not have Islamic political parties. The AK party does not have Islam as its political manifesto.

Neither is Islam part of Turkish legislation.

And in Pashto, the name for president was non-existent until recently. This is why people refered to presidents as "kings".

The title' Walas-mesher" is a fairly new word in Pashto vocabulary.
