The Parliamentary Elections: What are the short term and long term benefits?

I would like to know what you think that the short term and long term benefits are of the Parliamentary elections in Afghanistan.

I am against such a election. Neither the candidate nor the voters knows any thing about politics. The winning parliament memebers will benefit short term and long term.

you are suppose to explain what you think the short term and long term benefits are.

Obviously as a muslim everybody suppose to be against such elections. But there are elections. So lets discuss the outcome.

In terms of improvement in security, economy and judiciary these elections aren't going to have any short term or long term benefits..In the coming few weeks or month even we will see the actual figures and what not so I think we will have a better idea then


And depending on this they can either add to the stability of the country but if corruption and rigging charges are laid on these elections I believe they won't bode well for the internal stability ofthe country..A corrupt government is exactly what the Taliban need to further their cause

we cant give the exact short-term or long-term benifits of parliamentary election, but we cant not deny that election is the process in which all the people of a state participate in politics through voting for their favorite candidates that indicates peoples willingness in the good of the country.
