You are asking the wrong question. Because tolerance, islam and secularism are not interrelated.

Secularism claims that religion is subservient to desires of the masses. And people should make decisions based on their lowly desires.

So no matter what you wish and want, no matter how immoral it is, they will tolerate it and allow it. This is why in secular countries, homosexuality, alcohol and in some cases even incest is allowed.

Obviously this is in total contrast to Islam. And Islam prohibits certain things. Such as prohibition of making things lawful which have been made unlawful by allah and prohibiting things that have been made lawful by allah.

This is why Pakistan is not an Islamic country. It is a country where the immoral masses decide what is allowed and what is prohibited.

If i weren't curious to see what the agenda is here exactly, I wouldn't read past the author's name. Just a functionary of the same old groups doing the same sneaky routine. This time using a formerly respected institution's name as a cover, perhaps.

secularism is kufr. And even if it works, it is still not going to happen. Because muslims do not tolerate kufr. thats all.

I was mulling over this subject this morning at least from the point of view of why at least one aspect of secularism is BAD.
