It is proven from many ahadith of the prophet (pbum) that nobody can rise up against a legitimate Islamic authority or Ameer. The Khawarij did exactly that, so they have acted against the command of the messenger. And whomsoever follows the messenger follows Allah (swt), as the Quran says: Obey God and obey the messenger. And whomsoever acts contrary to the commandment of the messenger has acted contrary to the shariah of Allah (swt). The Taliban are fighting against an illegitimate, apostate government, which is helped and supported by the crusaders. So they are on the truth and acting according to the shariah.

Well it is very simple, the government of pakistan has declared war against the islamic emirate and they have collided with the disbelievers against the muslims of afghanistan. They have helped the crusaders a lot, including the ISI. CIA has one of its biggest bases in Islamabad. The ISI is under the command of CIA. They are the puppets of America. So if in this situation a ISI agent is actually a double-agent and acts contrary to the policy of his government and his master America and supports the mujahideen, the propability of this is very low, cosidering that they are getting their salaries from america and can't move without the permission of america, CIA and black-water and other security companies. Then that "ISI-man" will be a good human and good muslim. But otherwise he will be a disbelieving puppt apostate which will go to hell if killed by the mujahideen.
