I see a lot of internet Pashtun pundits using a bunch of rhetoric and flowery language telling all of us to remember our glorious past and to rise up and how Pashtuns are all one body and we are currently suffering from disease. What a bunch of philosophical nonsense. All this my friends is ONLY hollow emotional talk which will get us nowhere and get us nothing. We don't NEED this emotional mumbo jumbo what we need are OBJECTIVES and a PRACTICAL PLAN to lead us to our objectives. There are some who say only those IN Pashtunkwa are the true warriors and that those of us in Europe and other nations are a joke but it is mostly (not entirely) those of US abroad who posses the vision,education and experience to lead Pashtuns to a better future. So my friends lets us clearly decide WHAT WE NEED andthenHOW WE CAN ACHIEVE IT!.

Practical Plan : To join an organised political party which aims at the above objectives

I dont want to be specific as I trust your common sense and general knowledge. However respecting your inquiry let me give you some hints to pave the way for those who seek higher altruistic motives in life lest they become victims of Mutalia Pakistan.

1) The law of common sense says that no anti Afghan/Pakhtun party can ever be conformable with the pre requisites of the party you are asking for. Any Party which talks about Pakistan or Islam cannot be loyal to the Afghan/ Pakhtun cause. Hence All Muslim Leagues,Jamiats ,Jummats,Hizbs, Lashkars ,Sipahs ,Jaish and Tehreeks should be excluded from the search criteria.

2) The first corrolory of the law of common sense tells us that in Pakistan any group which does not belong to the Pakhtun or even Pakistani soil [originally] can ever be loyal to the Afghan / Pakhtun cause. Hence you may exclude the communists ,socialists and MQM etc.

3) The second corrolory of law of common sense says that if you are a Pakhtun then you should know which are the two parties which represent Pakhtun/ Afghan cause and hence you may opt for any one of them based on their historic stance and ideology and views about Pakhtun/ Afghan nation.
