Do you do what you are told to do?

This clip might shed some light on what I am intending to get at.

    The power of music.

if a pashtun remain loyal to either state, yes they will fight. the good example is pashtunkhwah, i am sure there are many pashtuns in pajbistan army who are killing pashtuns, or payless soldiers of pakistan(taliban) most of them are pashtun, slaughtering the pashtuns.

Music is haram. It's more like the power of Shoytoun. Wind and stringed instruments are especially and specifically forbidden. Where are the Muslims of PF? Why am I the only one speaking out? I will kill any musician, even if he is the most beautiful boy-musician-dancer of Nuristan.

It sounds like a made up story, You are in the middle of a war zone and there are two enemies trying to kill each other, come on, the only thing on their mind is to survive and thats it. Soldiers make up many stories

Is this a general consensus that Pashtun are united today? Does this mean that there aren't any Pashtun in the Pakistani Army or the Afghan Army? Should they betray their fellow soldiers and not fight the enemy, even if it is another Pashtun?

Should a Muslim kill a Muslim in war?

What are the rules of engagement. I do not think it is as easy as: absolutely not.

In order to succeed, I don't think that one can fight another, or not fight another, based on ethnicity or religion. Everything is strategics. Don't forget that society and peace came before ethnicity and religion.

Come on forumites, this topic can really stimulate the intellect within all of us.

I believe that it is important that soldiers follow orders, even if it meant for a Pashtun to kill a Pashtun, or a Muslim to kill a Muslim, or an Atheist to kill an Atheist. People who don't should be charged for treason. A soldier is innocent in my eyes. Period. Of course, as long as the soldier remains within the rules of engagement.
