Samin Jan Kakar is working on his doctorate in philosophy from the University of Baluchistan and has been published in Sahar. I read this in Facebook this afternoon and found it inspiring:

what i believe is that they are not learning from the history... they might suppress Pashtun masses for some time in the name of fake religious movement.. but they wont be able to captivate them for long.. i always tell them about the psychological phases through which they are forcing the pashtun masses to move.. first was of fear.. that has passed.. the fear is over.. now the second state of mind .. that is of annoyance... that has started.. i see people really annoyed... sooner the third and the final phase will start.. that is of anger... and the flood of that anger would wash away the dirt of 200 years. believe it or not.. it is coming .. the nature would take its historic course and once again we would witness the veil of ignorance torn by the shinny rays of Knowledge and awareness.. some of us might be consumed in that process.. and what is more better consumption of self then the consumption in the way of betterment and healing of humanity... there is no better cause.. there is no better time.. every one focus because this is your chance... just think about the satisfaction that you would get after defeat of the evil...just imagine the peace with which we all will be able to sleep and live again.. lets say no to fear ..lets move forward...!
