Yeah I heard about this on an Iranian forum.

Pakistan spent years and tons of money building insurgencies to create instability in its neighbors, and now is crying because those insurgencies expanded their operations into Pakistan.

The idiot drunks that run Pakistan's military (and therefore the whole country) all thought they were so smart fomenting rebellions in their neighbors, even going so far as to create a term for the strategy.

In reality, what they did was equivalent to a man who defecates into a stream. He celebrates when his neighbors get sick from the spoiled water, but when it flows downstream into his own water supply, he's too stupid and self-centered to realize he's the cause of his own misfortune and accuses his neighbors of ruining his water.
