  • Angelina Jolie should worry about American women

    Not Afghan women.

There are far too many problems American women face.

Being forced by the clothing industry to wear tight clothes.

Being subjected to lower pay compared to men of equal credentials.

Being sexually harassed by men in all forms.

Angelina, fix these issue, clean your own house before worrying about someone elses house

No offense dude, but this post is laughably stupid. Seriously of all people, why her? LOL did she snub you when you asked for her autograph when she was out on the town in London?

Obviously when celebrities (Western or otherwise) do humanitarian work it's often to promote themselves more than anything. But so much of what you wrote is just ostensibly false ...keep on with it I guess?

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Because by talking about Afghan womens' rights she is a force of war. She is providing additional justification for continued war with her latest article.

She talks about the US presence as if it has brought forward Afghan womens' rights.

And Im not interested in getting into another obnoxious back and forth with you.

        LOL dude what?!?!?!?!

This sounds more like a blackmail tactic to avoid addressing or recognizing the the rights of women or their grievances. Yeah sure, a case can be made that the war mongers will use women's rights as a pretext of their aggression. That doesn't mean she's encouraging more war campaigning for women's rights.

If you want to discredit these people, work for improving the rights of women.
