No one is attaching themselves to anything. We are just explaining positions and why those positions exist. Hekmatyar went against his initial narrative. Everyone sees his hypocrisy. Same thing with Masoud. Everyone sees they are/were just power hungry and it was never about fighting the occupiers.

We are not going by what Alex Jones says. We are going by what the FBI says who investigates these things.

Also meeting in Russia is more of symbolic meeting telling the world they are willing to meet with other Afghans criminal or not, that a return of the 90's situation is not what they want.
Not meeting with the gov is about narrative. Their whole narrative is they are fighting foreign forces and their allies on Afghan soil that is occupied, that their fight is defensive and that they represent the Afghan people which is why their main demand is that foreign forces must leave first before any meeting with the gov happens. They wont agree to any ceasefire until foreign forces leave because of the same narrative. Once foreign forces leave, then it becomes an internal matter and they can sit with whomever they want.

What would the FBI have to do with any of this?

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

If the Taliban agreed to no attacks from Afg soil taking place prior to 9/11 well then obviously they didn’t keep their end of the bargain. Let’s not get into if 9/11 was perpetrated by AQ or not. The denials are by the idiotic Alex Jones and Iranian regime types. It was AQ, it happened and denying this is stupid.

Ironically, the Taliban are more willing to talk to the Karzais, Mohaqiqs, Attas, Ismail Khans, in Moscow In friendly terms than the govt. The corrupt and criminal elements of past rather than the significantly less corrupt and criminal in power now.

This is the problem with Afghans. Attaching themselves to a legitimate movement because of its goals but not willing to criticize it because subconsciously they think their criticisms will discredit the movements legit aim. In the Talibans case, the freedom of foreign occupation. Just because they are one of the only groups fighting for it, there is no reason to feel attached and follow the party line. Why not follow deash while we’re at it.
You seem to be concerned about "taking their word" than the US is. Maybe you should take over from Khalilzad?
"The past is not my concern. The future is no longer my concern either. One minute. One minute of everything at once. And anything before is nothing. Everything after nothing. Nothing in comparison to that one minute."

He was referring to the 911 attacks. The FBI has everything to do with it. They investigate these things.

But his point about the veracity of the AlQaeda involvement of 9-11, this has little to do with the FBI, it simply means the FBI didn't indict OBL. The evidence of OBL's involvement is pretty much substantiated by AQ themselves.

Hence, what does the FBI have to do with it? You guys are regressing back to 2003 intellectual standards. lol

I see it took you a while to respond hence you searched and you couldnt find anything from the FBI statements to support your stance.
Not only did they not indict him but they never charged him or was wanted for those crimes. Therefore the conclusion from any sane person would be they lacked evidence, not only that the US never gov never presented evidence. everyone just took the Bush Administration word for it just like the whole WMD in Iraq. So its not an Alex jones ramblings as he indicated but conclusion from FBI actions.

"Conclusion from FBI actions" = Alex Jones ramblings. Even Khalid Shaikh Mohammad confirmed AQ's involvement. The lack of an indictment was connected to the fact that Bin Laden was already indicted and charged, it was seen as redundant ....

There's no mystery or taking Bush's "word on it" involved. Seriously, that's straight up Alex Jones talk.

I need a source for the KSM confirmation. I cant find it. Also when is his trial supposed to start?

OBL was never charged nor indicted for 911 attacks. Its never redundant. All accused crimes need to be tried so as to find the facts. We cant just say "he did it so no need to investigate or charge him with it since he has done so many other crimes." If that's the case, we can blame Russian collusion and the Monica Lewinski scandal on him too.
The whole G Bay was set up to avoid charging people because there was no evidence. If you have evidence, you don't need G bay.

FYI; That bold part is a contradiction.

He was indicted and charged for terrorism from before, not 9/11, it was just "another crime"
