it does a lot of good, when we block the entire highway and put a halt to any type of mobile communication between South and the North. It's about time for the government to realize that if we want we will starve them to death in south and south east. To show that civilian power can over-run bureaucracy and democracy. What do you suggest? Please don';t suggest something that's going to involve dialog, articles, Afghan government or some kind of foreign delegates. Because, they have bombed weddings before and nothing has been done, I can assure right now someone has been killed by the foreign troops, it's not going to stop unless they leave. And, yet they are the ones labeling others with terrorism...

Well, that's not happening, and we are no position to tell the Americans what to do, we cannot even speak for ourselves. Real talk, we cannot even cross a road if it's being blocked by NATO troops. What you are saying makes sense, but it's CLEARLY impossible. They are not crazy, they are not going to pay for Jack....Also, the more they stay, the more people are going to die. I'd rather worry more about the chaos and the civilian casualties than having infrastructure.

They will obviously be a civil war due to power vacuum and discrimination of the largest group the Pashtuns

What is it now? Wouldn't you call this Pashtun Nationalism vs minority (tajik/uzbek) nationalism, ANA (dominated by the tajiks/hazaras/uzbeks) vs Taliban/HIG (majority Pashtuns), a civil war?
Or the gaps that are widening between the educated class Afghans? I think all this fasad and nationalism is the work of our educated/democratic/neck-tied suit Afghans that are holding high government positions. And, once the NATO pulls back, they are not going to have that support they had with the presence of NATO. The west is always going to favor a civil war, and they have succeeded in that so far, the atmosphere in Afghanistan amongst the educated class is all based on racism and hypocrisy.
That's why we have got to get prepared for that, spread awareness and do Jirgas on national level to take care of that before it gets to us. The west is going to pull out eventually, sooner or later, they don't claim they want to stay here for ever. Although, that too is confusing because then one will want to know, why did they come here in first place?
Whether the resistance gets fiercer or the opposite, they cannot afford the war anymore, they are spending way too much energy and money in Afghanistan. They have real rivals like China, North Korea, Russia and Iran that they are worried about more than anything.
There is no option in their departure, it's a must. Therefore, if we can feel the emergence of a new civil war, we need to work on that. We have no other ways left, like I said, the west and anyone outside Afghanistan is always going to favor a civil war.

Check this out, BBC News - Iran nuclear plant start date set

Americans are in deep trouble, they have no faith left in Afghan democrats and Afghanistan situation, they don't care about a prosperous Afghanistan anymore. They are going to drop them in grease very soon. Bya ba tolo pandey aw bojai pa sha karee wee aw da Dubai/US/UK pa khwa ba mandey wahee

Iran is just a trumped problem which has been wildly over-exaggerated by America and the West, usually on behalf of Israel's security interests more than any threat to America.
But Russia and China, the Communist and former Communist areas, are the threats that the US SHOULD be concerned with.
From the American point of view, Afghanistan and Iraq were a big distraction from the true rivals.
Iran is zero threat in any way shape or form to the US, but they hype it on purpose because few fear Russia, not even under Putin who sang the KGB anthem with the spies recently released from New York.
It's all a game to deflect attention from where it's important and to waste national resources on campaigns which do no good for anyone. Plenty of harm, witness these moving scenes on the video posted here.
So I am sure it's going to be a case of the U.S. shrugging "Sorry guys, we did our best, but now we are late for another pressing appointment, so we have to dodge out of here now" to Afghans who expect the money for reconstruction to be deposited in the national bank.
Some gestures will be made, like some new concrete buildings, but once the troops go, ALL interest in Afghanistan will evaporate overnight.
So I would recommend NOT counting on any overwhelmingly great post-war assistance from NATO.
Maybe other countries might be better to look to - and this should all be planned for NOW
And like Zarawar said, have jirgas to make sure plans are clearly organized and - difficult - agreed upon by all important people - for the aftermath of foreign troop departures.
Without wise, far-sighted planning right even at this minute, disaster could ensue.

If the educated and neck-tied ones are the most racist and corrupt and in favor of civil war in afghanistan, and the remaining afghans are illiterate/uneducated and easy to be brainwashed with racism then what hope do we have for this country?

I realize the west didn't go there for the betterment of the country and they will come out eventually. what they will do for sure is leave a base there just like they have done with other countries.

lets not forget what all poverty can do to someone. the elite and the warlords have learnt an easy tactic to pressurize afghans to join their gangs in war... i.e. keep them hungry, jobless, helpless and the people will join them for money easily.

the situation is sooooooo bad that every time i think of it , it breaks my heart. do we have any leader any person that is not sold out?

lol yeah but the neck-tied and the pro-government are not our Speengeere or Mullayan, you have to be very careful here, because they don't represent us. They are not our leaders or anything like that.....
It's the pro-government and the educated class from Kabul that fuels this chaos, not the poor.
