Attacks on pashtuns & where does dispora pashtun stand in all of this...

Pashtuns of Pashtunistan have been attacked greatly in the last century. Therefore the success which is in our blood has been blocked and delayed greatly too. Success is the symbol/characteristic of the Pashtuns. My question is, will dispora Pashtuns(living in the west for example) also suffer the same delay/block to success??? Like a invisible link? Understand? Do we move to success all together? Or can dispora Pashtuns move ahead ? Without Pashtunistan?
