I feel the Pashtuns of southern Afghanistan are pleasant folk thats why they are producing the most gentlemen among Taliban while those of Kunar, Nangarhar etc are generally unpleasant and harsh folk and thats why they are producing Daesh and other shyt.

I think you have a point here. The Pashtun tribes of hilly areas , especially the area right next to the Durand line on either side ( think Waziristan,Tirah , Nangarhar Tora Bora , Paktia etc) are the most fierce and ferocious.
The plain Pashtuns which include Southern Afghanistan are more docile.
This is reflected in the difference between Daesh and Afghan Taliban too.
Plus , the Pakistani Taliban contain members from Waziristan,Orakzai,Tirah and they are again very aggressive.
