Well, I believe now its safe to say that the Western hegemony is coming to an end. In this last week USA has refused to keep leading the Western world. Its the end of the American Exceptionalism. Its also the end of Western supremacy over the rest of the world. Its quite obvious, that after three centuries of unmatched Western rule, this civilization is exhausted now. Which Western country has the enough power and will to take over USA´s position in the world? None. Spain, France, England, Germany and USA had their run.. but now its over. As Ian Bremmer pointed out few years ago, "the G-Zero world" is around the corner.
The world has taken an ugly turn. Now the very foundations of worldwide stability is crumbling. Western utopy is dying.. so my question is obvious: what comes next? Now that that History has re-started, what do you think is going to happen to this world? Is Universalism seriously dead? Are seriously anarchy and the rule of the strongest back?
