Only exception is Turkey and we all should try to be like them.

In Pakistan exposing skin is no no but never heard of any harassment case of western women. Maybe one reason is they dress moderately in western cloths and not many come anyway so I can't say Pakistan is better.
You guys don't know how nationalist and traditionalist some Turk people are. Pretty obvious you have never mingled with them. I have come across so many Turks here in Europe (I have some Turkish relatives and many friends). Most of them are nice, but some of them are annoying AF. Its hilarious how so many Muslims believe Turkey is like Holland lol

Some places in Istanbul are like f*cking Raqqa. Bosnia, Dubai, Morocco, Central Asian republics,.. are according Islamic standards quite liberal.

You stupid smelly Desi bud bud knob. Here in the UK that Indian gangrape case where the girl was molested with a metal pole and left or dead made headline news. No one had to search for anything. The news was brought to the attention of the whole country. The second gangrape case also made news headlines.

You are a compendium of Desiness. You all like to argue when you are wrong. You have serious issues- take up a hobby or a sport. Maybe the world will look past your Desiness and start giving you a little respect you faggot.

We don't need a degenerate like you to advise us on our problems. If there wasn't anything great about us then the people that share your genetics wouldn't claim they are one of us. Get it? All you Indics like to claim some sort of Pathan heritage. No Pashtun on this forum or outside this forum would ever want to belong to your ethnicity. Yet every single person of your ethnicity who I have met has claimed some links to Afghans/Pashtuns. If they can't think of a claim, then they will ask...."can I pass for a Pathan?", or I have cousins who look Pathan.

What a pathetic race you belong to. The world over hates your guts for no clear reason... lol... you are just looked down upon by everyone.

Turks in europe come from backward rural areas. I meant urban class of Istanbul is progressive but at the same time keep Islamic identity. Bosnia because they are in europe. But Dubai? Only for dollars, their own women don't enjoy much freedom. Morocco is better then Gulf Arabs but still nothing like Turkey. They are just after tourist dollars.

As for the 'communist ' Pakistanis that you are talking about , let me tell you , that communist or not , but a small segment in our society that pretend to be pseudo intellectuals and all their views are anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan, while worshipping India,Russia,USA etc. These are the people who will raise a hue and cry if a non-Muslim is persecuted in Pakistan, but stay silent about Palestine ,Afghanistan,Iraq.
Okay, I feel like I opened a can of worms here. I have a lot of friends that are intellectual Pakistanis. Some believe in religion, some don't. Of those that don't, yes some are very anti-Islam, but some are fairly neutral and don't bring up their disbelief, nor do they have any issues with Islam (they simply don't believe in religion). I personally think as Muslims, we should be tolerant of other people's viewpoints, and we should be able to engage them with words. As long as they don't try to impose anything, I think they're free to believe what they want.

There are things the intellectual types say that I agree with. But what I as referring to was the pro-India type. I dislike India. But many parrot Karachi's swill of "we shouldn't have parted with them" etc.

In fact, they believe India is actually well intentioned ally and friend compared to other neighboring countries.

But this is still not a political issue I was describing in previous post.

The secular fascist reverence for India stems from the disproportional hatred for Pakistan and reverence for anything in-Islamic.

They hate Pakistan so much that they are willing to deceive themselves into believing that somehow Indian society is more advanced than Pakistan.

Just try saying to a secular fascist Afghan that Indians worship cows and kill Muslims who they accuse of slaughtering cows. These fascists will respond by saying: well, Muslims commit suicide attacks and that's much worse than worshipping cows. They feel that they should always defend India at any cost from any criticism coming from Muslims.

One thing that always amazes me how I have never seen a religious Afghan ever defending or revering Pakistan. Secular or Muslim, all Afghans dislike Pakistan.
Yes, I'm not surprised Bollywood trash is popular. It's popularity baffles me, but then I realize a large part is because of the language barrier. People can understand the language, and can relate to Bollywood much easier than Hollywood (culturally etc).

This blanket hatred of Pak is a bit problematic. I can't say I'm too surprised. Based on the content on this site, I'd have to say your description is consistent with I've observed.

Do you know why? Are they skeptical of Pakistan's "intentions"? Is there media propaganda? Or is it simply because they think Pakistan = Punjabi? I hear it's the latter most reason... but would be interested in hearing your take on it.

I know a lot of the atheist/agnostic nationalist Iranians are very anti-Islam, and also anti-Pakistan (and pro-India). I know the foorsi tawjikas love their Iranians masters, so they imitate them. This trait could simply be an imitation on their part.

The power is greatly uneven between the two countries.

Afghans dislike Pakistan because its a disgusting hypocrite sh*thole. Not that Afghans or Afghanistan are any better (Fascist Secular Nationalist afghans started all the trouble with Pakistan) but lets frankly say that Pakistan is a cancer for the entire region. India is not.
They do support crazy terrorists... only those terrorists attack the Pashtuns on the other side of the Durand line (therefore, something like you doesn't care).

And don't fool yourself. They are very eager to loot your natural resources. What makes you think they're not? This is a bold statement.

India, is in fact the cause of all the problems in the region. Pakistan has had to be a security oriented state because of the threat constantly posed by India. India were also very closely allied with the Soviets throughout the 70s and 80s... look what the Soviets did to you guys.

My point was that if you observe a Pakistani with the specific traits I mentioned before i.e love for anything and everything apart from Islam and Pakistan , then there is high chance that such a person will belong to this group of pseudo-intellectuals.

My friend , I fail to understand how so many Afghans profess love for that man who murdered and tortured so many of their countrymen.
Either they were not born then , and all they know of Najib is from his speeches on youtube. He was a charismatic speaker though.

It's complicated. Afghans have selective memory. They hated Najib, but then when So-called Mujahideen and Taliban were just running amok, they were like "At least during Najib there was a semblance of law and order and civil society" so people stopped paying attention to Najib,

They're all guilty parties in my opinion.

I've never met a Pakistani that hates both Islam and Pakistan unquestionably. I have met those that are critical, and I wouldn't call them pseudo-intellectuals. They are generally critical, but certainly not unquestionably critical against either of the aforementioned subjects.

I never said anything about anyone in my family being like that (probably because nobody in my family is like that). But interesting that you have people like that in your family. Are you from an educated/professional family?

There are only two 'intellectuals' though, in my family , that I know of.

I need to email the Indian Ministry of Tourism and talk to him/her on how we can Spin India's Rape epidemic into a new tourist attraction.

It'd be like Jurassic Park, but with Gandu Rapists instead of dinosaurs attacking you, lurking behind tropical flora.

                          they can even make t-shirts

"I got raped in India, and all I got was a curry baby"

Truth is, bacha bazi is a HUGE problem in Afghanistan. Acknowledging that is not generalization. It's just stating facts. Suggesting it is only a minor problem involving a small minority would be outright denial of true nature and size of the problem.

The same applies to India and rape. There are even large human rights organizations in India dedicated to combatting rape culture.
When you claim it is aspect of Afghan culture that means at least 30% Afghans practice it or it is interwoven into the afghan culture and people practice it just like they celebrate Nawruz etc.

Do you know any of you relatives, tribe members etc who practice it if it is so prevalent? I have never seen or heard of such a thing in my tribe which has thousands of people. I have heard of people gambling, drinking, being gay, etc but not Bacha bazi. I find it hard to believe its anything other than a disease which effects less than 1 % of the population and it is considered a vile and highly despicable act amongst majority of the population.

Fact of the matter is wherever you go in Afghanistan, you can attend parties of bacha Bazi. People all over Afghanistan know of such weddings and gatherings where bacha Bazi is practiced.
