Indeed , the Afghan refugees post-80s are not counted as natives and citizens of Pakistan, they are bound to be repatriated . And there are only around 3 million Afghan refugees in Pakistan, majority of whom are in KPK not in Balchostan but Balochs consistently make ridiculous claim that there are "four million" Afghan refugees in Balochistan with Pakistani CNICs ......if you make them talk further, they claim to you that majority of the Pashtuns in Balochistan are not even indigenous but illegal settlers from Afghanistan.

By "Illegal Afghans" they actually mean Ghilzai nomads and others (including Hazaras) who settled in Balochistan during British Period and were granted citizenship of British India. In 1962 , Pakistan declared such Pashtuns and Hazaras to be "indigenous". They are the "Afghans" with Pakistani CNICs. Balochs want them to be expelled from Quetta and other Pashtun districts of Balochistan

Dont know about Bugtis, but some of the sub-tribes of Marris are of Pashtun roots, according to British Gazetteers. Moreover they do marry with their Pashtun neighbours (Marri chiefs have had Pashtun wives). Although Suliemani Balochs are lighter in skin tone compared to other Balochs, but they have very distinct Baloch looks in my opinion. Marri is a proper Baloch geneology wise, Mengals are not.
