Similar to how MM Alam did ? IAF despite being the bigger airforce performed poorly against PAF in 65 and 71 . One of the reasons India didn't attack Pakistan post 26/11 according to their air chief was because its airforce lacked power punch to knockout PAF .

Pakistan had a stronger economy in the 60 and 70s, now it is not even a comparison those guys have left you in the dust, go read up on s400 even your baap China has them, no crappy PAF plane can evade them, the situation is so bad for you now that India can knock your planes out of the sky before you even reach Indian airspace.

F-35 despite being the the more high tech plane got beaten by an F-16 in a recent test of dogfight .

By the time Rafael arrives in India post 2020 , Pakistan will already have Russian 5th generation Su-35 .

Like I said If you so sure and you might know more than the Indian Air chief himself why don't you email him and ask whats Stopping them from having an air battle even after 26/11 , Pathankot or Urhi ? Air battles are not fought on paper .
