$500 million is for Afghan people and not Ghani personal account. This aid is to build hospitals and schools instead of direct one time transfer to one of many corrupt Afghan politicians. Poor afghans have to cross border for basic check up, they will not have to if hospitals are build in their own areas.

That's not Possible . Didn't happen in 47 , 65 or 99 . All three were pretty much stalemates . To run over a country you need an Israel/Palestine equation . Rather in 65 we pretty much dismantled all their airforce . During Kargil to dislodge a few hundred soldiers from the mountains they had to bring in thousands of soldiers .

Pakistan = 700000

Indian Airforce = 900 Fighter Jets
Pakistan Airforce = 600 Fighter Jets

Indian Tanks = 5000
Pakistan = 3400

Pakistan Nukes = 120
Indian Nukes = 100

Agni 5 = 5000 KM
Shaheen 3 = 3000 KM

It would be a bloody mess if both indeed went to war once again .
