More like they dont want to come there because of safety concerns or maybe because Afghans are not exactly brand conscious people ?. Lets face it , it would be declared a kuffar outlet and would be bombed within a week .

I dont think you know how franchising works . We have every western brand here and most of the owners are locals not foreigners . So if you spend your money there you are not benefitting americans . But i get it why there is little to zero foreign brand availibility in Afghanistan because of this narrow minded thinking .

Kind of Ironic because they are occupying your country since 15 years , giving you food , water , Or salaries for your police and soldiers , running your foreign policy or budget or bombing your hospitals and civilians . You dont have a problem there but have a problem with spending money at an American outlet .
