Its Political agents, from KPK, who enforce FCR and issue orders of demolishing of houses of tribesmen for various reasons........its not the "Punjabi army" in the video, but Political administration (who are Pashtuns) which is seen demolishing houses of the tribesmen for some unknown reason....though its also a fact that strings of Political agents are pulled by Pakistani army ever since 2004 or 2006

It would be interesting to know the true motive behind this act. Of course official version will say that they either lived illegaly on the land or were TTP sympathizers etc.

Its part of collective punishment of FCR, carried out uninterrupted since British times , and after creation of Pakistan, for many reasons, mostly for crimes of individuals or few. Also for other reasons, for example houses of numerous Afridis were demolished for having a jirga about Pashtunistan in 1950..... contrary to the propaganda on twitter, Its not innovation of recent War of Pakistani army against TTP.

Judging from how things are in Mohmand agency nowadays, chances are high that houses are getting demolished on the pretext similar to Wana market, on the orders of Pakistani army.

What crimes though? Is it because someone stole a chicken from neighboring village? I am sure there is more to it but except for TTP activity, I am not aware of anything else. There is no jirgas on Pukhtunistan or other uprisings. It might have something to do with tribal rivalry. In Afghanistan, if one tribe wanted to get revenge against another, they would tell the Americans, the rival tribe is Taliban and the Americans would bomb their village. It could be a similar case here where people have land disputes or rivalries and use the government to settle their personal scores.

In 1867, the Government of India passed one of the most brutal-minded and draconian laws ever created in colonial India. Known as the ‘Murderous Outrages Act’, this law gave colonial officials along the North-West Frontier wide powers to transgress India's legal codes in order to summarily execute and dispose of individuals identified as ‘fanatics’. Arguments for the creation and preservation of this law invariably centred around claims about the purportedly ‘exceptional’ character of frontier governance, particularly the idea that this was a region that existed in a perpetual state of war and crisis. Far from being peripheral in its impact, this article explores how this law both drew upon and enabled a wider legal culture that pervaded India in the wake of 1857. It argues that this law was a signal example of British attempts to mask the brute power of executive authority through legalistic terms, and was also evocative of a distinctly ‘warlike’ logic of colonial legality. Did i say any where that Pashtunistan uprising is going on?

I did say "many reasons".............for example a man from tribe X kidnap a girl from tribe Y,conflict ensues. After involvement of Political administration, if tribe X fails to deliver the girl after a specific time of ultimatum, their houses are demolished and they are fined as punishment.

Samandri, what is your opinion regarding this?
Don't quote me or speak to me if you hate Afghanistan, you be ignored.

People with identity crisis will be ignored as well.

The agencies should be merged with settled areas and regular Pakistani laws should be implemented, thus giving them right to "appeal, wakeel and daleel". Jirga system should be abolished and should be replaced with regular courts...Khasadars should be replaced with Police, no Political agents and so on......tribals have to make sure that they continue to pay no taxes (just like Malakhand division)....

This is my opinion, a domicile of settled areas. Views of majority of tribals are different.

Right now, through loopholes in FCR, Pakistan army can execute any person in FATA on the spot without trial, and can make tribals disappear without any trace.......the region is more or less lawless and extreme human rights violations are taking place there without the world knowing about it......

                        This.

The Pakistan army always has the final say, whether it's in foreign policy or internal politics. That's the main issue. That, and Imran Khan trying to topple a democratic government.

Imran Khan is the Army's political utility. It plays politics through him. If the Gov challenges the Army, they employ Imran khan to stage demonstrations and make it look like there is a people's revolt when in reality the ARmy is staging the whole thing.
Sisi did the same thing in Egypt against Morsi.
