Actually no, most of the so called struggle started in 1989, 42 years after Independence, why do you think that is? Kashmir was the heaven for Indians in the 50's 60' 70's 80's, Kashmiri business was booming back then. Pakistanis have always been bitter about why Kashmir went to India in 47, and they have always targeted India by terrorism and extremism, like they have done other countries too

Now that said, if Kashmiries want freedom now, they should have it in my opinion, but by freedom I mean an independent country, not joining the filthy state of Pakistan. Kashmiries need to work with the Indian government more to work this out, rather then getting support from terrorist state of pakistan across the border, who's only ambition is the destruction of India, destruction of all non muslims, that will never ever happen

I am not an emotional Afghan nationalist fool. When I oppose Kashmir struggle for freedom (I am aware they are being oppressed) its due to political reasons. Let me explain it to you:
