Muslims in Europe do learn their host country´s language. In southern Europe countries (Spain, Italy, Greece,..) there are huge northern European communities from the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany,.. almost none of them bothers to learn their languages. They are like parasites living off the health system and spending the day at the bar drinking beers.

Except for France, there no ghettos in Europe. You Americans have a hilarious understating about Europe´s ground reality lol

Belgium has them also and I have cousins that live in London for over 10 years. Instead of learning English, they've learned Urdu there. I was shocked.

Thats my point man. A friend of mine from new Jersey, White guy turned to islam married to an Iraqi lady, few months ago told me on FB that he was planning to visit Europe but he was kinda worried because he didn't want to put his family in danger. I was like WTF lol

Welfare states in Europe with free education and free healthcare exists because they don't spend too much resources on defense since the US is paying for their defense. The Military Industrial Complex has taken over the US gov and is taking resources from "butter" projects(social and welfare services) and is giving it to "Gun" projects (warfare/defense) so that industry makes all the profits.

Yeah thats true. Muslims in Europe tend to be less willing to integrate than Muslims in the USA. But most of Muslims do learn their language. Actually in Middle Eastern and Central Asian people are quite good at languages. Plenty of people are fluent in two or three languages. My sister in law, from Shiraz but raised in Dubai, speaks fluently Ajami, Persian, Urdu, English and Arabic. How many Americans do you know Americans/Europeans do you know able to spewk more than one language?

Just because our countries are less developed Westerners tend to underestimate us. But we are not stupid. I never try to to take them out of their error. I prefer to keep thinking so.

This is why there are so many coconuts and uncle toms in America.

Europe isn't a utopia and we have big problems. Some of it stem from isolation, lack of education and closed migrant communities. Unlike you Americans, I am not a nationalist and I dont feel I have to defend Europe from criticism because I am not assimilated like you are.

That's the difference between being a European Muslim and an American Muslim.

Its not a matter of who is better. Environment produces certain type of people. You are a product of your environment and I am a product of mine.

Being American means being cool and modern thats why so many American Muslims, despite their education, assimilate at a faster rate than European Muslims.

There is also this different identity: Europeans countries have a huge sense of relation between nationality and ethnicity. You will never become a German no matter your passport or culture, if you are not a white person. USA is the melting pot so if you are an American citizen you are American. That logic can't be applied to Europe.

This actually makes a lot of sense,. I've never liked identifying as "American" outside of the legal sense. People hyphenating "-American" makes me cringe. As I said in the Rumi thread, this attempt to assimilate Muslims is aims grooming Muslims into abandoning their values for theirs.
