Why would Pakistan be against terrorism; are they throwing all their work into funding and training terrorists down the drain?

We have always worked to bring balance to this world and followed the policy of defending the poor and oppressed.

In the recent past be it the independence of algeria, helping the ME against israel or killing the USSR for killing innocent Afghans or being with chinese against west superiority complex.

There are many more such events which we cant make public.

Do you mean Pakistani government and ISI or the ordinary people as well?

We need to distinguish between the corrupt elite, ISI, feudal lords, and the ordinary Pakistani people. Pakistani people are their biggest victims believe it or not. They have looted the countries wealth and are responsible for the death of millions of Pakistanis.

I agree, however what about the people who keep saying pakistan zindabad all the time? also what about the people who will attack anyone who criticizes their beloved army/ISI, the numbers of those people are in the millions

heck even the poor/suffering pakistanis are often brainwashed to say pakistan zindabad and love their army

an uneducated person is easily brainwashed and often recruited to the fight the dirty wars of the elite class, who live in their palaces and have most of their money outside of the country

There is nothing wrong with saying Pakistan zindabad despite how it came into being and what purpose it serves. In Pakistan the army has the real power, not the civilian government and the army is seen as the guardian of the country against the bogeyman India and any other external threat and the ISI is seen as a crucial part of it. Again there is nothing wrong with supporting your country's army and criticising them when they do something wrong. If the people support army's oppression and wrong actions then they have chosen to be oppressed and let the corrupt elites rule them. All one can do is hope that they will wake up from their ignorance. As always there is a certain way of dealing with these people by using facts, logic and showing them how they have been conned. Shouting back Pakistan murdabad only strengthens their feelings as they feel being attacked.

But this is exactly what is happening, in fact not just in Pakistan but even Saudi Arabia, the people over there choose to be the slaves of their army/establishment and basically worship them

(Hoping) doesn't solve anything, action does.

Actually respect for army was all time low during 2008-2013. People voted out dictator Musharaf, seem like people don't remember it. That retarded General Kiyani didn't help things much and now his brother is being investigating for corruption which I'm pretty sure Kiyani knew about. But now after Raheel they have gained respect back somewhat, with terrorism almost over after years of suffering. Raheel punishing corrupt officials and setting precedent for civilian government who themselves are corrupt to the core.

So not sure how can you say Pak public is sleeping on army wrong doings. Army doesn't have absolute power in Pakistan, they always needed civilians and held elections. Imran Khan himself was supporter of dictator Musharraf in early days.

It'll take them a while to realise that.

What sort of psychotic remark is that?

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."
