Afghans are clearly paying for their sins more so then any other people. Its not just the way they live but what they do. Their azab is similar to what happened to qoum lot but in modern sense. This is very apparent the way allah have punished afghans in last few centuries.

No need for excuses. Majority don't hate India in Pakistan, even Kashmir have taken back seat. Pakistan is growing at healthy rate, it doesn't need to match India in everything to be as successful on average. They will always have more spare funds for technology then Pakistan for simple fact of being 7 times bigger.

Clearly you're blind to see azab-ul-qabar on afghans is of very different kind, its literally like modern day azab on qoum lot. Others get punished but they get up quickly but azab on Afghanistan is going on since centuries now. In allah eyes all humans are equal including non-muslims so not sure what you mean about allah doing any favour to non-muslims. You shouldn't expect any favour from allah on pretext of being muslim while indulging in sins.
