I am going to post allot of stuff. This is part one:

ابو بكر القحطاني الذي وكله البغدادي بتحريف الدين. ( 3) الجهل بالتوحيد لا يصح ان يكون مناط لتكفير احد بل هو باطل : Free Download & Streaming : Internet Archive

A judge of ISIS, by the name of Abu Bakr al Qahtani is saying that one can be ignorant of tawheed (monotheism) and still be a Muslim.

This means, they consider people who commit shirk as Muslims. The maxim in Sharia is applicable here: the one who doesn't make takfeer upon kuffar is a kaafir. Therefore, a kaafir is a judge in ISIS. How can this be an Islamic government when they teach aqeedah of kufr and their own judges are kuffar?

                  Part two

The leadership of ISIS are all former members of the secular nationalist Arab party of Saddam Hussain, Hizb Ba'ath. In sharia, membership of any group or party outside the fold of Islam is considered as an act of kufr/apostasy. Therefore all leaders of ISIS are considered Murtadeen unless they come out in public and openly denounce their association with Saddam Hussain's party of kaafirs.

Since they haven't repented in public and since they haven't distanced themselves from their past as kaafirs, there is no reason for Muslims to assume that they are now Muslims.

Defenders of Isis claim that the leading members have repented. But they did so in secret and only to fellow members of Isis. That doesn't count so therefore, it is for Muslims in general no valid reason to consider them as Muslims.

                    Some examples:

Samir Abdul Mohammed al-Khlifawi, one of the architects of the faux khilafah of Baghdadi, also known as Hajji Bakr was an apostate murtad kaafir zindeeq who served the Taghoot Saddam Hussain during the reign of secular Arab nationalist party of Ba'ath in Iraq. He was a former intelligence officer. He then became one of leading figures within ISIS. He never openly repented and he never denounced his allegiance with the Arab nationalist secular party of Ba'ath.

Fadel Ahmad Abdullah al-Hiyali is now Abu Muslim al-Turkmani. Abu Muslim al-Turkmani - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

He was a leading figure within Saddam Hussain's secret service. SO he was one of the close allies of a taghoot. He assisted the taghoot in implementing his policies of kufr. That makes him a kaafir. Therefore, he must repent his kufr in public for the whole muslim world in order to be perceived as a Muslim again.

Abdulrahman Mustafa al-Qaduli is also known as Abu Ala al-Afri. He was the governor of ISIS held territories in Syria. He was appointed a ruler. In Islam, murtadeen who become Muslims again are not appointed as rulers. The Arab tribes who rebeled against Abu Bakr Siddiq Radiallahu anhu during the battles of apostasy, and other tribes who followed false prophets like Aswad al Ansi were never appointed as rulers by Sahaba because in Islam once someone bcomes an apostate and returns back to the fold of Islam he is no longer elligble for position of ruler.

                      Part three:

ISIS considers people who reject their khilafah as kuffar and murtadeen. According to their official sources, if someone doesn't accept them as a legitimate Islamic government, that is considerded as an act of kufr. So they are considering all Muslims around the world to be kuffar unless they accept their Ba'athi khalifah.

Making takfeer on the entire ummah is from characteristics of khawaarij. Therefore, it is safe to say that ISIS are modern day khaariji's.

The evidence for this is their own propaganda video's and articles where they make people who have left other groups and movments to repent and say the shahada again. Why whould anyone make a muslim say the shahada in public again if they haven't left the fold of Islam?

ISIS leaders don't repent in public and say the shahada due to their own ties with an infamous taghoot like Saddam but they force people to repent and say the shahada in public as if they were murtadeen prior to joining ranks of ISIS.

(Sunni) is a pure Salafi, and he is right about ISIS, since ISIS is pure Salafism. What is the difference between ISIS and Saudi ARabia? not much really. I think Salafis should admit the truth or change their sect if they dont like what ISIS are doing

                          Part four:

ISIS don't have any scholars of their own. Their list of scholars consist of people who are known zanaadiqah, juhaal, jahmiyyah and mentally ill deraged fanatic. What We Learn From ISIS List of “Scholars” Part 1 | Bilal Abdul Kareem Journalist

How can they claim to have an Islamic government when they don't even have scholars?

In Islam, everything is based on knowledge. Without proper scholars, you can't even run a city, let alone an entire khilafah.

                            Part five:

ISIS uses Najdi Dawah books and relies on Najdi dawah scholars, however, they consider Najdi scholar's aqeedah as extremist. The Najdi's don't accept excuse of ignorance in matters pertaining aslu deen ( basics of religion). They consider such people as kuffar and those who refuse to make takfeer and give excuses to such kuffar are also considered kaafirs according to Najdi scholars.

Yet, ISIS went on to execute and kill anyone who teaches takfeer of aadhir claiming they are followers of some Saudi scholar named Haazimi. As if Haazimi traveled into time and spread his ideas among founders of Najdi Dawah.

Truth is, ISIS are like many other salafists. They refuse authentic and traditional scholarship when it conflicts with their political and worldly interests.

Takfeer al-‘aadhir – from the scholars of Najd – Al-Aqeedah

The 5 reasons I have mentioned here suffices to see why ISIS can never be considered as an Islamic group and why their leaders are not Muslims. People who have seen these issues have left the group and repented. Others who use to give them the benefit of doubt have now changed their minds.

Aside from the above mentioned problems, ISIS have many other problems such as killing of innocent people, targetting unarmed people, raping women and children and loads of other crimes.

Any sane person who knows all of this cannot honestly claim that ISIS is acting in accordance with Sharia. Therefore, I consider all of their followers as kuffar and killing of ISIS, be it by the hands of Muslims or even non-muslims is a good thing because getting rid of ta'ifa muntani'a is only benefitting islam and muslims.

Besides, anyone who is openly defending ISIS must be reported to the authorities. Even if the auhtorities are kuffar and murtadeen. The harm of ISIS is greater to Islam and humanity in general than kaafir/murtad authority. So therefore, a person like Sunni should be reported to the police.
