You are claiming that that "Pashtunism" if there is such a thing to begin with is terrorism. Can you give me an example from Pashtunwali code of conduct where it says to target innocent civilians or cause terrorism?
If you look at where the mujahideen camps were set up to fight Soviets (even Massoud, Rabbani etc where training there), you will see they were all set up close to Durand Line in Pashtun areas of Pakistan where Jihadi literature was distributed and Osama bin laden and his friends influenced people there. The Haqqani network etc are remanents of that era so its no wonder why these groups still exist in those areas. Pashtun land was used as training camps and a launching pad to defeat Soviets so of course these areas would be the most affected by Salafi/Wahabi Jihadi literature. We Pashtuns are in a way still dealing with the problems created during that area. These same fanatics were called heroes back when they were fighting Soviets but now they are terrorists.
Excuses. I only see excuses. Nothing else.

ISI tried to brainwash Baluch just like they have brainwashed uneducated Pashtuns but yet they failed. Why? Why vast majority of terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan are Pashtuns? Why in the north and west Afghanistan, far away from Pakistan, still those places inhabited by Pashtuns are a constant source of turmoil, instability and war? Why Pakistan has been unable to brainwash other Afghan ethnic groups? I will tell you why: because Pashtuns are the only ethnic group in the whole region who takes pride of his own warmongerism and violence. No other ethnic group in the region is proud of his warrior culture except Pashtuns. It would be great to see you condemning and trying to fight this disease. You see, few weeks ago a Pashtun killed dozens of homosexuals in USA. His father, instead condemning his son he blamed it on Pakistan!

You guys got some serious issues with violence and terrorism.

Please don't even compare yourselves with USA. USA is a superpower, that despite all her crimes, they have made amazing contributions to humanity. You Pashtuns are barbaric tribal terrorists (not all of you, of course, but your culture right now is synonym to barbarism, violence, terrorism and so on).

You did not answer my question, but anways, you can believe what you want.

The Baluch situation is different, The Baluch were irrelevant in the Soviet War so they got spared. The Baluch groups also carry out acts of terrorism if you didn't know. They have even killed innocent Punjabi civilians in Balochistan because they feel so angry about their sitaution. The Iranians and Pakistanis call these acts terrorism but according to Baluch groups, they are fighting for their liberation. So you see, its also a matter of perspective, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

That's a good point you made about Pashtuns in North and West Afghanistan. The most probable reason is that these people were allied with Taliban before the US/NATO invasion and feel left out of the current government set up or maybe they are hardcore and don't accept US/NATO bases in Afghanistan and regards the Afghanistan government as the enemy and a puppet. Maybe they are just fighting for money and are supported by foreign countries. Maybe they are Pashtun fascists who don't accept Atta or Dustum ruling over them. I don't know, it could be a number of reasons or a combinations of many.

If you didn't notice, IMU (islamic movement of Uzbekistan) and other islamists from Tajikistan, Chechenya etc are also in Waziristan and the tribal areas so your point about only pashtuns being violant is mute. Just the other day in Khaama press there was an article about ISIS member from Tajikistan fighting in Nangarhar.

the residents of Tajikistan are also fighting alongside the Pakistani nationals for ISIS terrorist group who are mainly deployed after completing training in Pakistan.

Look at this video from Faryab, Are these Taliban Pashtuns as well?
ANA Captured in Faryab by the Taliban - YouTube

I am not making any excuses for the problem, yes there is a problem of fanaticism among Pashtuns but its not due to Pashtunwali but more to do with what has happened in recent history. The warrior culture sees targeting of innocent civilains barbaric and weak and has nothing to do with pashtun culture but more to do with the extremist religious brainwashing.

Ofcourse any sane person would condem the act carried out by this lunatic, it goes against Islam and Pashtunwali to target un armed innocent civlians who had nothing to do with what this guy is terrorising them for.

I am not arguing that Pashtuns don't have a problem with extremism, I am merely pointing out the reasons and how it is not unique to Pashtuns.

There is nothing to be sorry about. Associating extremism and fanaticism with any ethnic group by default can be counter productive even if it is true to a certain extent because people can become defensive and see it as a racist attack and it becomes us against them. Then the main issue which should get our attention is lost amongst all the side issues and personal attacks. You have every right to express your frustrations if you think it is Pashtuns or their culture which is responsible for the sad situation we have in our country but do so with an open mind and prepared to be proven right or wrong. Our objective should be to help each other because after all we are neighbours and live in one country and it is in our interests that we listen to each other. That's why despite many members asking me to ban you, I haven't, even though I find many of your posts worthy of infractions or temporary bans. This doesn't just apply to your but other members as well.
I wasn't trying to target you or convert you to my point of view, but I just needed to share my perspective.

So After all this guy is not even from Afghanistan but Pakistan. He still speaks Pashto so it really doesn't make a difference because he is Pashtun. but just to clarify

ISIS axe attacker Mohammed Riyad may have lied about being from Afghanistan:
ISIS train attacker was thought to have entered Germany as Afghan refugee
But now there are claims he is Pakistani and lied to secure asylum status

My grievance against Pashtuns are more than legit. I might be wrong in the way I express myself but still at the end of the day I am right: Pashtuns are a trouble for us, themselves and for the entire region. You are a nice guy, Shapur. I really like your unbiased opinion. I wish there were more Pashtuns like you (I bet there are plenty of them but they should raise their voices).
