  • 'Lone Survivor' Marcus Lutrell Speaks at GOP convention go support Trump

Marcus Luttrell Republican National Convention Speech 7/18/16 - YouTube

This American soldier was saved and protected by a Pashtun when he was being chased by the Taliban.

He survived thanks to that man and became famous. He wrote a book with the help of a writer and his story was made into a Hollywood movie.

Now he is a supporter of Trump who wants to ban Muslism from entering USA.

The Afghan man who helped him is now in USA and Lutrell doesn't want to talk to him.

When I heard about the Afghan who risked his life to save the invader and oppressor of his people I said he is kaafir. Now I say he is not only a kaafir but also a very stupid kaafir who is humiliated in this life and the hereafter.

Shame on him. That's what you get. Sonething guys like khostai, Karachi, badlun and that other atheist angreezi sissy boy on this forum will soon come to realise in due course. Suck up to the white man and he will F you up, history repeats itself. Zulu's where good to them, So where the native Americans and South Americans as well as the aborigines and even the Indians.. All paid a big price for their 'loyalty' .. When you luck up to someone it's inevetible for them to look down to you in response on lose respect especially if it's the wrong person. Bloody sell outs and wannabe's .. Can't stand em.

I am lost for words as how to describe this phenomenon; inferiority complex, idolation of the 'white man' and western ways, colonial hangover, aping the dominant culture or simply having an obsequious personality trait.

Sadly this attitude still prevails not only amongst our scattered expats but also those few in their home countries, the wannabes, especially the farsibans and those who espouse secularism or modernism.

I bet this man has not learnt his lesson and probably continues to feed his ego by ignoring the impact of shame and betrayal.

Dont listen to this moron Shamlawar. Most of the stuff he says is made up.

Gulab did nothing wrong. The wounded soldier asked for "Sayma" and he provided. The Americans treat wounded insurgents all the time. It is part of the Geneva convention and a part of Pashtunwali.

The reason Lutrell no longer talk to Gulab is because Gulab challenged Lutrell's account of events. In Lutrells book, he originally claimed his group was attacked by 8-10 insurgents and later changed to 200 insurgents at the advice of Hollywood producers who wanted to sensationalize the events.

But hasn't oppression by the agressor, the occupation of land for over a decade transcended a finer point of nanawati. Apart from the occupation, have incidents from Deh Bala in Nangarhar, Wech Baghtu in Shah Wali Koot, to the masacre in Alkozai in Panjway diminished the fact this is a multifaceted war. There are winners with lucrative contracts and there are the losers stuck with consequences of war.
But the moot point is greater than saving a wretched soldier who happened to end up in fire.
No doubt it's better to save a life even if he be a paid combatant but this soldier is is firmly LIKE THE SNAKE THE BITES THE HAND OF THE IDIOT WHO SAVED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

It is very likely that initially Gulab felt sorry for the wounded soldier. If Gulab had lost a loved one in an American bombing, then most likely Lutrell would be a deceased soldier much like the soldiers that died in his group and those 16 navy seals that died in a helicopter crash would not have died trying to rescue him.

But eventually Gulab wanted to go to America since it was offered to him. Lutrell got him here. If anyone is biting anyones hand which I dont think anyone is, but if it were then it is Gulab who is biting Lutrell's hand since Gulab has revealed Lutrell as a liar much like Jessica lynch eventually revealed her own fake brazen rescue.

American soldier got rich and the Afghan who foolishly risked his life to help this guy got left in the dust and lied to. Read his story, its pathetic.

A lot of Pashtunwali should be left in the dust as well.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

So its about who made more money. Many Afghans who used to work at Mcdonalds or as dishwashers are now multi millionaires because of this war. Other Afghans in Afghanistan who used to herd sheep are richer than the said Afghan Americans. Gulab could have made money, all he had to do was threaten to tell the truth, I'm pretty sure the warmongers could have used him for their purpose like they did with many others that I could name.

Hold your horses, buddy. We don't give a sh*t about Americans. Those who are working for USA´s agenda in Afghanistan are Pashtuns, not Tajiks: Khalilzad, Ghani, Karzai, Atmar, Jalili,.. and so on.

Its hilarious how you despise modernism while using a modern computer lol Typical tribal hypocrite mentality.

Isn't it hilarious that we have infestation of Persian maggots (oh sounds awfully like faggots, never mind) jats, punjabis from the golden bird of the British colony in this forum de facto open for Pashtuns. That's faking hilarious.

The deceased self appointed Marshall, Double Abdullah (check thoroughly his Kandari claim), Ustad Atta have been have been greased aside, .... Hmmmm. Go back to the great Persian literary giant's* orifice where you ejected from, you parasitic worm/maggot/whatever, and reload with more ammunition. *Firdausi

So If one s for modernism, it means one should stop using the computer? Use paper notes and send you chits, memos, papyrus, smoke signals, you ignoramus. Modern, modernity and modernism are quite different words worm. Read the following:

What is Modernism? - The Imaginative Conservative

I tried avoiding Wikipedia and chose a reference that provides the broader definition of modernism with respect to secularism. In a nut shell, it's not the aspect related to arts of literary movements but as Joseph Pearce puts it:

"As a word, “modernism” has several definitions, or, to put the matter the other way round, there are a number of things to which the label “modernism” has been appended. As such, and as usual, it is important to define our terms before we proceed any further with a discussion of this crucially important word, and crucially perilous thing.
A cursory search for the word on the worldwide web will reveal its definition, on Wikipedia, as “a philosophical movement that, along with cultural trends and changes, arose from wide-scale and far-reaching transformations in Western society in the late-nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries.” Further reading reveals that “modernism,” according to Wikipedia, is primarily a movement in the arts, flourishing in the early twentieth century, which sought to break with the forms and traditions of the past through innovations, such as the stream-of-consciousness in literature, atonality in music, and the abstract in art. It is, or was, self-consciously cynical, viewing reality, as it perceived it, as an absurdity warranting parody."

I will use my pc and remain critical of those aspects of modernism that impact traditions, roots and fundamentally my belief.

Your tribal munafiq mentality is a disease. If by cooperating with the USA we will manage to get rid of your barbaric tribalism we are more than willing to let them stay in there. As long as they bomb the hell out of people like you we are ok with it lol

Dont take me wrong: Abdullah, Atta, Ismael Khan, Fahim,.. are a bunch of corrupt merciless bast*rds. But they are not working for USA but rather for their own personal interests. Thats why USA does not trust them and in every election in Afghanistan they have carried out massive fraud in favor of their Pashtun pets.

Honestly guys I want USA to get the f*ck out of my country but then I read your comments and I realize how violent, aggressive and barbaric most Pashtun culture is. Violence is the only language you nationalists/tribal people understand. You want Tajiks to stop supporting USA? Great. Try to behave in a civil way. Otherwise, die. After all nobody cares about you.

Asalamalekom. I apologize brother Firdousi for my reactionary gharor takabar and insults. I realized you mean well.

I am tribal, that's what I have bequeathed from my culture; it may be alien for the sensibility of many, however it is the way of my people and I am with my people. When you perceive tribalism as abhorrent, bear in mind it is often not the tribalism but man's deviance from from what is right and what is wrong, and how one defines that my friend is another discussion. Inshallah we shall discuss in more civilized manner.

Thank you, brother. I apologize also for my harsh words and behavior too.

I don't care about Pashtun tribalism as long as it doesn't harm me. I mean I find great that you Pashtuns take pride in your identity. I am also proud of Tajik history. I have been to Iran and I know how badly Afghans are treated in there (specially Hazaras). We Afghans need to stick together regardless our ethnic background. All our neighbors are taking advantage of our stup*dity and lack of brotherhood.

I wish one day we all can live together, shoulder by shoulder, as brothers and equals. But you guys must understand that we are afraid: Pashtuns have several times attempted to Pashtunize the country (they failed though) and we have bitter memories from the Taliban rule. Thats why many non Pashtuns support USA. You shouldn't take it personally: for the average Tajik Taliban means Pakistani not Pashtun. So chill out man.
