This is basically the same narrative and rhetoric used by Western Imperialists; it's nothing new. It's basically something they made up to justify their claim that Islam is "stone age" and so Western style society is the only way to progress, so it's their duty to mold the world in their image. All this demonstrates is that you're slave of Imperialist brainwashing, not that you have logical facts to support your beliefs.

Russian invaded for their own interest they even advised Afghan communist not to implement secular laws and modernisation so fast,

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

No its not, imperialist westerns used to tell people that muslims worshiped the devil, later they just stoped using relligion all toghether in their mobilization tackticks. All this demonstrate that you are the slave of arab fairy tales book and cannot come up with something new to govern the people. This demonstrate that you and arabs like you lack civilization, culture and humanity, becuase you need an invisible super being who monitors each step and watches you, otherwise you will not behave. You need fear to act normal.
And do you really think that Quran is the word of God? if God excist than this is quite an insult to it. Becuse there is nothing Godlike about Quran and its teachings.

In 1925, a penal code, the nezām-nāme-ye comūmī-ye jazā, was published (Vafai 1988: 25). It contained 308 articles and was primarily based on sharia principles, with some influence from the French penal code of the time
Sharia and national law in Afghanistan

Since 1923, when Afghanistan adopted its first Constitution under the reign of Amir Amanullah Khan, the country has drafted and adopted ten constitutions (including the 1993 draft constitutions prepared by the Sunni and the Shi’ite mujahideen parties). Islam features prominently in all constitutions of Afghanistan, except perhaps in the Interim Constitution of 1980 drafted and adopted during the Soviet occupation of the country. In studying the constitutions of Afghanistan in the 20th century, two factors are apparent. In other words, the constitutional process operates in two divergent directions; on one hand, it moves towards initiating modern reforms and on the other hand it preserves religious and traditional values of the Afghan society.

Islam and the Sharia in the 1993 Mujahideen — Draft Constitution of the Islamic State of Afghanistan: A Comparative Perspective by Shamshad Pasarlay :: SSRN

In the aftermath of the Soviet invasion, a range of historians interpreted the invasion within the broader continuum of Russian and Soviet foreign Policy. Milan Hauner cited Russia’s inherent desire to control Afghanistan, stemming from the Great Game (1813-1907), through which they would have access into warm water ports and the Gulf oilfields.

Why Did the Soviet Union Invade Afghanistan in 1979?

Youu're mixing up the Crusade era with Imperialist era During the crusades and medieval era they would argue against Islam theologically. During the Imperialist era they would use the idea of Imperial Supremacy to convey their animus against Islam. Which you're currently propagating Peddling their rhetoric is precisely what being a slave is; it's precisely the subjugation of indoctrination and imperialism.

This demonstrate that you and arabs like you lack civilization, culture and humanity,
More rhetoric of measuring things from the cultural ideals of the Imperialist. Undermining those who don't follow Western Liberalization as "lacking humanity, culture and civilization" Precisely in line with the Imperialist narrative .
becuase you need an invisible super being
        Of course. if there's An "Invsible Super Being" that created the Universe; then , they would expert knowledge on what's appropriate and how to manage everything. so logically, it'd be imperative ti follow their guidance. On other hand; you need White People who are distorted by their own ignorance and flawed cultural notions to tell you what's "culture and what's civilized" etc.;

You need fear to act normal
You mean Having moral consequences for our choices?? This is the nature of human behavior We encourage good things because they serve our welfare and we oppose bad because we fear their harmful outcomes. This is true about even secular Laws, if there wasn't then would be no need for police, or prison system. They exist to instill fear that if you break laws there will be consequences.

Secular Laws run by just as much fear as anything else. Whether jail, losing social reputation, or anything else .......Islam just has the best way of administrating that.

and cannot come up with something new to govern the people.

This argument demonstrates Logical Fallacy called "Appeal to Novelity" the idea that something has to be "new" to be better or correct. This is a false argument because the newness of something doesn't equate the quality of that thing.

        Fallacy: Appeal to Novelty

Also Known as: Appeal to the New, Newer is Better, Novelty.Description of Appeal to Novelty. Appeal to Novelty is a fallacy that occurs when it is assumed that something is better or correct simply because it is new. This sort of "reasoning" has the following form:

        X is new.
Therefore X is correct or better.

And do you really think that Quran is the word of God? if God excist than this is quite an insult to it. Becuse there is nothing Godlike about Quran and its teachings.

This is according to the lense of European Imperilaists; who made them an expert on God when they reject God in the first place?

It contained 308 articles and was primarily based on sharia principles, with some influence from the French penal code of the time
Sharia and national law in Afghanistan
So it mixed French Penal Code, which means Basically NOT Shari'ah. Shari'ah does NOT Mix French Cultural Laws. Moving on ........

Since 1923, when Afghanistan adopted its first Constitution under the reign of Amir Amanullah Khan
Based on the historical evidence; Amanullah only paid LIP SERVICE to Islam,

Terrorism and Global Disorder - Adrian Guelke - Google Books

"Amanullah introduced reforms aimed at modernization and secularization of Afghan Society the reforms encountered resistance and proved to be his undoing"

Islamism and Modernism: The Changing Discourse in Iran - Farhang Rajaee - Google Books

"After the king and queen's grand tour of Europe, from November, 1927 through June 1928, which included a visit to the new Turkish republic in May, however Amanullah Khan declared that his purpose was to "bring back to my country everything that is the best in European civilization, and to show Europe Afghanistan exists on the map" (quoted in Nawid 1999, 136). Again modernity became identified with Europe, and with it came the notion that it was possible to transplant that experience to non-European regions. A period of sweeping reforms vegan. In August 1928, the king convenged the Grand Gathering (the Loya-Jerga) with the hope of attracting general support. The issues that proved were the unveiling of women and the secularization of man bureaucratic offices in areas of adjudication and education"

So your claims and citations have been demonstrated as false so far.

Schools for Conflict or for Peace in Afghanistan - Dana Burde - Google Books

"Indeed, increasing rural unrest in response to the Afghan communist government's secularization programs was a key factor in the Soviet Union's decision to invade and attempt to stabilize its neighbor in late 1979".
