Afghan patients from North Afghanistan travel all the way to Pakistan for treatment

Interesting that Tajikistan and Uzbekistan doesnt allow Afghan patients from Northern Afghanistan and they have to travel all the way from Mazar Shareef to Pakistan for treatment. 17 ambulances from Mazar Shareef to Pakistan on daily basis, according to this Pakistani Pashtun in the video, who is guest in some talk show of Tolo.
