Balochistan is governed by PMAP, so why isn't North Balochistan part of KPK?

By end of 2016 Pakistan will hold another census after long time, only then we will get clear idea.
Pashtuns of Balochistan boycotted the 1998 census, so any figures are just speculations. 1998 census merged Baloch and Brahui as one ethnic group, which enraged the Pashtuns.

The claim of Balochis, that demographics of Balochistan has deliberately been changed by giving citizenship to "millions" of Afghan refugees, is pure bullshyt. I have checked the 1901 census of India, and there is large number of Ghilzai Kochis settled in Zhob, Loralai etc. Baloch mother****ers count them to be "illegal Afghan mohajirs".....the forefathers of renowned figure, Palay Khan of Zhob, were from Khost.....he is known as Palay Khan Khosti. Balochis are bent on grouping people like Palay Khan with Afghan refugees of 80s.

Why such a huge contrast even though PMAP is governing Balochistan? If they were talking about it in their jalsa and seminars, then I don't understand why there is a pin-drop silence on the issue. I've also talked to some Quetta Pashtuns before and they told me that although they prefer KPK to Balochistan, they overall don't care about it. Many Hindkowans however seem to be passionate on the Hazara issue even though a couple of them are just Indophone Gaduns and Tarins, and Battagram and western Mansehra are majority Pashtun.

Have they done anything regarding Pashtun rights in Balochistan? At least public announcements?

I think they are equally oppressive to Pashtuns, but I sympathize with Balochs more since we have an equal threat, the Desification of our lands. Separatist sentiment also exists among Baloch people, to a MUCH larger degree than Pashtuns, which is something I admire about them.

Is Sibi majority Pashtun or Baloch?

Achakzai barely even talks though. If he at least just talked about the North Balochistan issue from time to time, it would give awareness and publicity to the issue, but instead he just said it once and has kept silence since.

Is it true ANP has ties to Afghanistan by the way?
In Balochistan context, its not Punjabi but Baloch who is trouble maker for Pashtuns, and in the future a big conflict between Balochis and Pashtuns is imminent. You admire their separatist sentiments, but after Punjabis, their big beef is with Pashtuns......they consider Nimroz and Southern helmand to be part of Baloch homeland in addition to Quetta, Sibi and parts of Loralai. The killing of 22 Pashtun bus passengers by Baloch separatists should be an eye opener for likes of you. Baloch see that Punjab is main hurdle in achieving their independence , so Pashtun is spared for now. But if for some reason, state of Pakistan dissolves, expect the attacks of Balochs on Pashtuns.

But Baloch/Brahui do have some genuine concern, hundreds of thousands of fake CNIC has been granted. Dozens of Nadra officers are in jail. Sindhis and Baloch will be main hurdle in next census. They think it's conspiracy of Islamabad to increase population of pashtuns in Sindh/Karachi and Balochistan which is partially true since time of Zia.
