There must be something about our backwards hellhole which draws millions of Afghans across the border to live the degrading life of a refugee in Pakistan.

Well, if you for a second started to think why Afghans leaving their country for Pakistan, then you will find out very fast that it is because of WAR. It may surprise you, but it is not a hidden fact; infact even refugees themselves say it quite often, and to be honest I am having a very difficult time understand how you didn't manage to know about it.

I simply cant understand why Pakistan is comparing itself with Afghanistan. This what we call inferiority complex, comparing oneself with a weak state to feel powerful.
It is kinda pathetic that a relatively stable state with nuclear power have needs to compare itself with a war thorn, landlocked country who had a civil war for 30 years.
Why don't you go ahead compare yourself with your blood brother India. Assuming you want to compare yourself with a Muslim nation, then go ahead and compare yourself with Turkey, Iran, Indonesia. Your nation literally fails in every category and the only way you feel better is by comparing yourself with a war thorn country, pathetic... just pathetic...
