I mainly came to this site to learn some stuff about Pashtuns and their geopolitical interests. I believe this is the best place to post the questions so I'll ask:
According to my understanding: Afghani Pashtuns in general do not accept the Durrand Line as a border between Afghanistan and Pakistan because they believe that the Pashtuns living in Pakistan are the same people as them, and that the lands in Pakistan they occupy, Khyber Pakthunkawa, FATA, and northeastern Balochistan, should be part of Afghanistan. They believe that the Afghan king selling this land to the british empire was because elite monetary interests and went against the will of the ordinary Pashtun people. Therefore, they believe that the real border between Pakistan and Afghanistan should be the border between those areas and the rest of modern day Pakistan instead of the Durrand line. I have also heard that Pashtuns are not dominant in Afghanistan because the ruling elite is Tajik and/or Uzbek.
On the other hand, the vast majority of Pakistani Pashtuns feel hurt by history because of the Afghan king Durrani selling the Pashtun areas of his empire to the British. They see this as a betrayal and associate this action with Afghan Pashtuns in general. Therefore, they feel that the Afghans only valued their lives as much as a "few silver coins" and thus reject Afghanistan and are proud to be Pakistani. In fact, a small faction among them believe that the Afghan Pashtun areas, or even all of Afghanistan, should join Pakistan because there are more Pashtuns in Pakistan than in Afghanistan. There are a few Pashtun nationalists among them (the pakistani pashtuns on this board most likely) who believe that KPK and FATA should join Afghanistan, or that the Pashtun areas of Pakistan along with the Pashtun areas of Afghanistan should secede and form a separate nation, Pashtunistan. However, these pashtun nationalists are not the majority of Pakistani Pashtuns.
I have also heard that both hate Pakjabis. Pakistani pashtuns hate them because they are the dominate ethnic group in Pakistan who control most of the economy government and military, and they use this to oppress the Pakistani Pashtuns and define Pakistani culture as Pakjabi culture. They are also allowing the rich gulf Arabs to build madrassas in KPK and FATA and protecting them, thus allowing them to take advantage of poor pakistani pashtuns and send them to do a suicide mission in Afghhanistan. The afghan Pashtuns hate them because of the above reason, that because the control the military and ISI, that they are the ones responsible for creating the Taliban and it's continued growth and are using it to destabilize Afghanistan and turn it into a client state of Pakistan.
So my questions are: What am I correct about, and what am I wrong about in the above? Furthermore,
Do Afghan Pashtuns consider Indians allies against the Pakjabi dominated Pakistan? What about Pakistani Pashtuns? And do you consider Indian Punjabis do be the same as Pakjabis? Do you support an independent from Pakistan state for the Balochi people? What about the Sindhi people? And if so for the Sindhis, should they be independent or do you think they should be annexed by India? What about Kashmir, do you think POK should be an independent state on its own? should it join India? should it be an independent state along with Indian Kashmir and maybe Chinese occupied Kashmir? Or should Indian Kashmir and maybe Chinese occupied Kashmir instead be liberated from India and join Pakistani?
Finally, what do you think about Israel/Jews and America? I would guess that you hate America for doing drone strikes in your lands, and you hate Zionists because you think they are responsible for oppressing Palestinians and because they are allied with the gulf Arabs who created Al Qaeda along with the US, but it is just a guess, I am ignorant on that issue. And along that line, do you hate the gulf arab nations like Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for funding all the madrassahs and the Taliban?
I realize that opinions may vary, but I am curious about what the majority opinion would be. I would appreciate any answers, thanks!
