Yes education economy religion are the reasons for Pashtuns to be terrorists but the same also apply in Afghanistan as there too mainly Pashtuns are terrorists.
Why other non Pashtuns similarly uneducated and poor are not terrorists.

In Shia Islam there is no terrorism as in Salafi Sunni Islam and Hizbullah is a political party taking part in democratic process . Fighting for Assad as their ally do not make them terrorists.

I guess its because Pashtun culture is extremely violent and belligerent. Aren't Pashtuns 24/7 bragging about how brave and warriors they are? Well this what war is all about: destruction, misery, death and dishonor. I don't see non-Pashtuns doing the same. If you compare Tajiks and Pashtuns you will see the difference: Tajiks are proud of their culture, history and language. Pashtuns are proud of their warmongerism.

As far as I am concerned Pashtuns brought upon themselves their current state of misery. Time to move on.

Please don't make sweeping generalizations about any ethnic group. Pashtuns hate violance just as much as they hate being a slave. Most matters in Pashtun society are setteled by Jirga (consultation) and violance and war is almost always the last resort.

The whole world agrees that sometimes war or violance is necessary to defend yourself so war is not always dishonour or misery but actually war against tyrants and injustice can end misery. Things are not that black and white.

Good to know Tajiks are proud of their culture, thats always good. I think you forgot that Ferdowsi who who wrote the Shahnameh has alot of violance in it too, like how Rustam was a brave warrior etc. All cultures have heroes who have from time to time resorted to violance to bring about justice. Likewise Pashtuns are also proud of their culture, it may not have acheived the same heights as the persian culture or not as well known but thats not the point and nothing to brag about.

Well I did not mean to offend anyone nor generalize against Pashtuns. Actually I wasn't talking about Pashtun people but about Pashtun culture. My wife is a Mohmand from Kunar and they are pretty nice people. Thats the main reason I joined this forum because I want to learn more about Pashtuns.

Indeed Pashtuns did not invent violence. During the Civil War non-Pashtuns committed horrible crimes against Pashtuns and against each other. But I think Pashtun tribalism is a constant source of violence. I am not an expert when it comes to your culture so I don't mean to lecture you, bro. But thats what I feel as a Tajik: that Pashtun culture is much more violent than ours. I might be wrong of course.

BTW I am not a Tajik patriot or something like that. I think we Tajiks need to change too. Our feudal mentality is pretty awful but I must also point out that we are working hard to change it.

This narrative is incredibly arbitrary. In terms of real life variables Hezbollah have and are currently participating in heinous acts. Political sophistication and some cursory pretense of "rule of law" do not make heinous acts less heinous.
