Brother thats History of India.

Infact the word india is derived from indus river of Pakistan(93% of indus river course is in Pakistan).

The majority of the people of Pakistan are the direct descendent of people of indus valley civilization and the history of ivc only belong to them.

The punjabis in india makes only 3% of its population,So india hardly has any claim of the IVC.

The only punjabis I have seen who could be a bit mixed are the extreme northern ones, near Kashmir and KP border. But overall a good 90% of punjabis are exactly desi like North Indians
