  • Taliban cowards hiding in civilian homes in Baghlan

Taliban cowards using civilian homes as shields against local police and national security organs in Dand-e-Ghori and Dand-e-Shahabuddin area of Baghlan province. To stop civilians from fleeing and security organs to move forward all fields and roads around the villages and valleys are mined. The one who are paying the price are civilians. Already 5.400 families are displaced by fire fights between ANA, ALP, ANP, NDS and Taliban.

That's what US army and the coalition do aswel, they go into village homes and use them as pickets, sniper ranges, sheilds, bases and outposts. Not only in Afghanistan but that is their tactic in Iraq aswel. Does this make them cowards too?

Do you have a source for your claim? You argue like a typical Paki. If one side is bad then the other side have the right to be bad as well? ... Using civilian homes as base or outpost representing NATO is not only against the Geneva Conventions but also against ''Rules of Engagement'' (the militaric behave to survive). It doesn´t make sense putting himself into a no-way-out trap! Let´s forget what NATO is doing. Keep your concentration on the ''islamic national resistence of Afghanistan''s crimes. NATO is NATO. Don´t expect much from them. To answer your question in the case it happens as you claim, yes, of course, US army personal and of the coalition would be cowards as well.

Do you talk to me? Taliban and some criminals from government (f.ex. Gulab Mangal) dealed an agreement out to give Taliban full hands in Dand-e-Ghori and Dand-e-Shahabuddin. This agreement made possible Taliban could infiltrate Kondoz and attack the city. It made out of the area a hub of terrorists, foreign fighters and trade center of weapons, fighters and last but not least the Taliban cut off Kabul and other parts of the province from power. It is no more a secret that some hardcore Pashtunists trying hard to transfer the war to northern Afghanistan.

"The Taliban have received heavy casualties, four militants were killed and six others wounded. The main hurdle before us are landmines," said Abdul Rashid Bashir, security chief at the Baghlan police headquarters.

I knew, when it comes to nonsense, you had it in you. When things comes to the truth, you're like a sinking titanic. First of all, your all so called ''sources'' are merely news or propaganda showing taliban gains. No where near did it state anything remotely to what you claimed in BOTH of your posts. Now that we have clarified that everything you spew is nothing but nonsense to promote your fascist farsiwan agenda, we can move on to how that very thing will come back and bite you.

The first problem with your interpretation of the situation in Afghanistan is the fact that you keep relating every problem to Pashtuns. If there is too much rain, it is Pashtuns fault. If there is too much snow, it is Pashtuns fault. If the heat is unbearable, it is Pashtuns fault. Blaming Pashtuns for your short comings won't solve your problems. It will only delude you to think that you're in track to ''solve'' the ''problem'', while the real issue is untouched and getting bigger and bigger.
First thing you failed to realize is the fact that northern ''taliban'' are mostly Tajiks and Uzbeks. Some are local Afghans and some are from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. While you cheer on when your northern warlords spew nonsense against Pashtuns, your own fellow kinsmen are getting pissed off about the plundering and stealing your warlords are doing. These so called northern ''taliban'' are uzbeks and tajiks who are tired of getting robbed by the very same warlords you devoting your life to.

So wake up and act like a decent human, instead of an idiotic fascist. The war is gotten to the north because fascist like you have supported these criminals, who the local population seek retribution against.

Of course Taliban are not just pashtuns but I would say over 80% of the Afghan Taliban are Pashtuns, In the videos posted by Zaadgaan Kabul released by the Taliban after they captured the base, its all in Pashto and all the Taliban members are Pashtuns, even though Baghlan is in the north, I have also seen videos released by Talibs before the Kunduz operation on Youtube and most of the speakers and people there spoke Pashto as well, there were a few farsiwans there but they could be pashtuns as well as most pashtuns in the north speak farsi as well. We can't deny Taliban are overwhelmingly a pashtuns phenomenon but of course the Taliban are not supported by all pashtuns.

ofcourse there are people among non pashtuns who want to implement sharia and oppose foreign intervention in Afghanistan but their tactic is slightly different from the Talibs. They are more open to dialogue and other means of acheiving their objectives than fighting the government direclty.
