If this "tit-for-tat" mentality can justify NDS activities right now, Pakistan's involvement in the Afghan war is perfectly acceptable. Afghans are naturally stupid, I agree on that but gist of discussion is that Afghanistan is responsible for this cowardly terrorist attack and now Afghans are owning up to their crimes of fueling terror in Pakistan.
