Daesh a black Phenomenon in Afghanistan,

Daesh has carried out a wide range of attacks in different parts of Afghanistan, primarily eastern province of Jalalabad. This terrorist group has also claimed responsibility for deadly attacks on civilians in different Parts of Afghanistan, namely the Jalalabad attack which killed at least 34 and injured 125 civilians
There is no doubt that Daesh is another threat for Afghanistan’s sovereignty, security, peace, and development therefore it is important for the people of Afghanistan to come together and degrade and destroy this phenomenon.
In your opinion, what are some other ways to counter Daesh activities in Afghanistan?

The only thing I can think of is to more or less spread rumours and conspiracy theories about ISIS and encourage Afghan nationalism. Afghan people will be far less eager to join ISIS if it has a negative image in Afghan society and even less likely to join if it is seen as an invading force preferably funded by Israel and the like. Afghan media needs to paint ISIS in a negative image by showing that they are anti-islam, anti-pashtun, anti-tajik and anti-hazara. If ISIS are shown as a foreign invading force that have come to oppress the people of Afghanistan and destroy their culture and traditions then people will hate ISIS.
