  • Foreign agent?

The US is relaxed, no longer having to deal with an enraged Hamid Karzai, who was deliberate and calculated, while the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan are celebrating the political success of their favourite in Kabul, Ashraf Ghani.

Beginning June 23, all of the main state bodies in Afghanistan will lose their constitutional basis. The Afghan Parliament's term will end on June 22 with no new parliament in line to replace it due to the government's failure to hold elections this past April. The executive branch, led by the national unity government, also lacks a constitutional mandate, as the new government was the product of a political deal rather than a formal electoral process.
The Supreme Court, the attorney general's office, and the Constitutional Oversight Commission are all c

This puff piece is written by

Davood Moradian is the director-general of the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies and former chief of programmes in President Hamid Karzai's office and chief policy adviser to Afghanistan's ministry of foreign affairs.
Basically the old goat, Hamida Bibi cannot sit still and let "the democratic process" unfold, LOL - how ironic and hypocritical.

She basically is sending her acolytes and ghwaarpaykyaan out into the media (Aimal Faizi, now this clown) to drum up support.

Ghani should send armed gaurds, arrest Hamida Karzai Bibi for attempting to overthrow the federal government, charge her with fraud, murder, corruption etc. and then send her to jail for a long time.

“Although we could enthrone Shah Shuja, we could not win for him the hearts of the Afghans. To that nation he seemed a degenerate exile thrust back upon them by foreign arms.” The rest obviously is history. The indignation expressed by the Afghans so vociferously indicates that they will hold Dr Ashraf Ghani’s feet to the fire sooner than one would have thought. War cannot masquerade as peace for too long.

Greeeeat, now we have a new reference to Mohammad Thaqi, the Marxist Shiite subversionist who criticized Alex Strick van Linschoten in an attempt at typical ANP style character assassination when the latter translated insurgent poetry. It backfired since this time it was a white guy they were going after and the text was not subverted.

Also, the comparison to Shah Shuja of Ghani is more than laughable since nearly every author of political important has at one time or another compared Hamida Bibi Karzai to Shah Shuja instead:

But to students of Afghan history, Mr. Karzai’s motivation for publicly spurning foreign powers was quite obvious. A Taliban news release on March 18, which received little notice in the Western press, declared: “Everyone knows how Karzai was brought to Kabul and how he was seated on the defenseless throne of Shah Shuja,” referring to the exiled Afghan ruler restored to the throne by the British in 1839. “So it is not astonishing that the American soldiers are making fun of him and slapping him on the face because it is the philosophy of invaders that they scorn their stooge at the end ... and in this way punish him for his slavery!”

The Taliban inadvertently put their finger on a key factor in understanding Mr. Karzai’s psychology. After all, as an elder of the Popalzai tribe, Mr. Karzai is the direct tribal descendant of Shah Shuja ul-Mulk, Britain’s handpicked ruler during the first Western attempt at regime change in Afghanistan in the mid-19th century.
Hilariously enough, Karzai accepted the comparison:

If Mr Karzai's recent bellicose rhetoric towards the West is any indication, then reading about the treatment of his forebear, Shah Shuja, by the East India Company in the 1840s has strengthened his resolve not to be remembered as a puppet ruler.

He was so taken by Dalrymple's narrative that he invited the Delhi-based author for a private audience in Kabul a few weeks after his White House summit.

"Our so-called current allies behave to us just as the British did to Shah Shuja. They have squandered the opportunity given to them by the Afghan people," Mr Karzai told him.

Looks like Taqi the Fuqi needs to get together with wartard Miss Andersen and they need to use their cryptominority status to write Hamida Bibi a letter asking him why he accepts the comparison??? LOOOOL.
